Objective:Galagan Dojusu (Major) - *Replacing Zohar element with "Can use Solar irradiance every turn without cell range drawback and it doubles."
^Been meaning to do that.

Quest Description/Desired NPC: Mithrandir travels to another dimension where he encounters an ancient civilization that have been guardians of the "Star Eyes" for several millennium. He must pass their ultimate trial to be given the holy eyes by the governing priest and take his anointing.

Trial - Mithrandir and his partner must kill two soldiers who each possess nara KKG. They must also take on the great Guardian who is the son of the priest; and wields dust release. If users are able to get past these three he may receive eyes etc.

Partner: Rei (if he says yes)

Level:Two Minor
Objective: Swift Release Implant/ 2 fuuin skill points
Quest Description/Desired NPC:Fight and kill Swift release NPC who has secrets about Mithrandir's plans.
Partner:Kurotsuchi (if he says yes)

Kiba (牙, Literally meaning: Fangs): Twin swords that are imbued with lightning which increases their cutting power. They are said to be the sharpest swords ever forged. They are also called "Thunderswords" (雷刀, Raitō).

Quest Description/Desired NPC:

To hunt and slay the NPC wielder of Kiba the lightning blades. This NPC can range between A-S-rank and can also be part of an organization. This quest can take place in Galahad or some other land etc. Can flesh this out even further.

Quest Description/Desired NPC: Orion is off training in an isolated region when his carelessness triggers a dormant volcano, but what alerts him first is an attack by an oversized black panther. Uniquely, it has the ability to not only absorb chakra but forms of energy, thus Bakuton has no affect on it.

In the event that he wins Orion will trigger the volcano causing widespread destruction. As he leaves he runs into a black panther cub which he chooses to adopt.

Can I, for the remaining minor quest, get a custom ability?

Cocreative Process: The user's genius has surpassed measurable means, due largely to a powerful devotion to illusionary techniques. The power of genjutsu cast upon targets is increased by 20% as the user's strange chakra seduces the mind into offering up subconscious details to the illusions, making them more difficult to break out of (though a third party aiding the afflicted party is unaffected by this). Additionally, because the mind is tricked into buying more into the illusion than any previously heard genjutsu, causing the brain to bring about physiologically relative changes in response to the crafted figments.

Admirable ability, but this is not approved as a minor. Please try to do this with the exp system and pick something a bit more in range with "minor".

Peacock cloak ability denied. That is too intimately tied into Peacock chakra. And again, that would never be a minor thing given the circumstances. You can have a reduction though.

If your Implant thing is supposed to mean no implant drawbacks for any implants - its denied. That would not be a minor quest. If you only mean the RYO COST of the techs, that could be discussed. Gain other normal boost???
