The mountains of Abraxas, known for their snowy peaks and harsh climates. They were hailed for the longest time as the harshest place upon this world, but then they found the Desert, which somehow proved harsher. Motsudo, would disagree with that. While he loved traveling these mountains, he still knew the dangers they posed upon other beings who didn't share his.. unique physical body. This body was made to withstand even harsher conditions than this, and had done so many times over. Today Motsudo Jashin, the subject for the trials that were to be run was wearing his normal outfit. Skin tight shirt, slightly baggy pants, long cloak upon his form, Amanozako and Black mamba upon his back and a large scroll that carried many things in it resting just above his ass. Why was Motsudo out and about upon these wonderfully harsh winter wonderlands that they called mountains? A rumor of course. There had been a rumor going around that the Helm Splitter had been last spotted with someone traveling to these very snowy caps. As Motsudo was interested in it, he was now here to try and find it. And Lord Jashin save the people he'd meet to get this sword. Now some may ask why an immortal Jashinist would be looking for a sword of the mist, considering he already had a sword upon his back and a scythe to boot. Well, this sword was far more powerful than his weapons. It was powerful enough that it got the title The Helm Splitter, a sword no defense could protect from, or so goes the saying. With Motsudo's knowledge of Bukijutsu and his overall strength, he was pretty sure that no matter what happened, he'd be perfectly fine. Someone try to block his strike? Helm splitter. Someone try to parry his strike? Advances Bukijutsu moves to bring it right back on them. Of course he'd still have to get used to this new sword. It wasn't one that he created himself, so he'd need to master it like he did other weapons. Amanozako and Black Mamba were natural to him since he was the one that made them in the first place. They were made for his stature and fighting style. Helm splitter, however, wasn't made for him. But that didn't matter to Motsudo. He would master this blade. And he would use it to its full effectiveness. And he will kill anyone who gets in his way. With a look around him, Motsudo continued his trudge in the deepening snow as the wind howled around him. Dark clouds, impregnated with snow threatened to drop a blizzard upon him at any moment. But he wasn't worried. His cloak kept him nice and warm, even if it didn't look like it should have. As he stated before in his mind where no one could hear him, he loved to travel through these mountains. And he did so any time of year, blizzard or no blizzard. He knew all of the survival tips for this place, and knew what to do in case a blizzard did fall upon him. But he did wonder. Did the people he was currently after know about this? Did they bother to look up at the threatening clouds that loomed overhead? Or did they just come this way thinking it was the fasted way to wherever they were heading? It didn't matter to Motsudo, as long as he found what he was looking for. If he didn't find it... Well.. There wouldn't be a mountain here anymore when his anger would subside finally. That brought a cheeky smile to Motsudo's features as he thought of the destruction he could lay upon this place.

It didn't matter to Motsudo, as long as he found what he was looking for. If he didn't find it... Well.. There wouldn't be a mountain here anymore when his anger would subside finally. That brought a cheeky smile to Motsudo's features as he thought of the destruction he could lay upon this place.

It took a few hours of traveling before Motsudo finally found what he was looking for. Footprints in the snow that hadn't been covered up yet by the falling crystals in the sky. That was good news. It meant that it was fresh, and judging by the way it was moving, he found where to go. The top of the mountain, where the ever snow covered peak reside. He had heard rumors that there was a bandit hideout there, but had dismissed it due to the harsh climate that one had to endure just to get to the top. Looks like those rumors were true. So without further waiting, he made his way up the mountain, taking a route that he knew was safe, at least to him, and would get him there in a rather short amount of time.

Upon arrive at the top, he was greeted with a strange sight. There was a clearing where snow didn't cover. It wasn't a big one, but as he watched, the snow that drifted down from above never landed. It evaporated too quickly. In a blizzard it might cover this spot, but here it seemed there was warmth that shouldn't be here. And it was coming from the ground itself. This could have meant two things to Motsudo. Either this mountain was a volcano and there was a patch of lava right there, or this was where the underground base was for the idiots who thought they'd be safe from prying eyes up here. With a sigh, he looked around for a few minutes, then came across a slightly hidden entrance. It was covered up rather well, but there were some tells that this was the entrance layer. Marks on the ground, rocks piled abnormally and his gut told him that it was. Always trust your gut. Upon entering the hidden base, Motsudo found himself in a corridor. Before him was a door... Again. When he inspected the door, he found that he couldn't open it easily. Actually, he couldn't even budge it, which was odd. But what he did see was interesting. A puzzle there. Medical puzzle. It asked him questions and he'd have to chose the right answers to proceed. Fucking hell, he hated these doors already. But what he was glad of was that he had read up on all the medical ninjutsu books that Mother kept around the house. So with that in mind he set to work. With each puzzle passed, a hidden lock could be heard opening from behind the door. Motsudo knew that after doing all of this, he would remember all of it. He was a type of guy who learned by doing instead of just reading it. That wasn't to say he didn't remember what he read, but he had a hard time putting it to use if he didn't use his hands with that knowledge. So when it came to this puzzle, he knew the answers but it took him a bit to remember what it was. But once he put the application into practice he knew that there was no forgetting it now. It took him a little over an hour to finish this door's puzzle, but by the end of it he remembered almost everything in the books that Mother had in the study. For all intense and purposes, his knowledge was on par with a medical god. Did he know how to use it yet? No. That was something he'd have to go do later when he was alone. It wasn't like he didn't have enough bodies to do it with, and he could always operate on himself.

After passing the puzzle door, Motsudo found himself in a rather large anti-chamber. There wasn't much in there for decoration, but there was something there that caught his eyes. A sole set of armor that held a peculiar weapon. A giant axe with a hammer attacked to it via a chain. The HelmSplitter. A weapon of destruction that no defense could protect against. It was what he wanted to get for a while and here it was just for him. With a single step forward and a sudden stop, Motsudo looked at the armor for a moment before sighing and rolling his eyes. "You can't hide from me. I can sense you in that armor. I've come for that weapon and I'm sure you're here to protect it. So let's just fight already." The armor stirred slightly, then a soft chuckle emanated from it, which kind of bored Motsudo. It was almost like a movie with a scene of an evil villain challenging the great hero. Even still, Motsudo drew his Amanozako from his back and held it in front of himself, waiting for the armored warrior to get himself ready. Motsudo held no fear of this being. There wasn't a reason to. Once the male in the armor was ready, the two combatants rushed each other, each wielding their personal weapons. Each knew that they couldn't prolong a fight, though to Motsudo it wasn't a problem. To the knight however, he knew that not many humans could have made the journey up to this place with very little warm clothing and survive. So the fact that this male had meant something bad and he was looking to end this fight with a single hit. So he would use Helmsplitter like it was suppose to. He raised it up and went for an over the head attack, expecting motsudo to block it with his scythe. That's when he'd spring his trap and use the hammer to cleave the Motsudo's scythe in two. It was the perfect plan.. On a normal human. What Motsudo did defied everything that this male knew humans to do from all of his medical studies. Motsudo simply stepped slightly to the side, letting the axe cleave into his left shoulder. Without even an utterance of pain, he simple smiled at the male, grabbed the males hammer hand and squeezed until it broke, rendering it unable to hold that hammer. And just like that, the helmsplitter was almost useless in this males hands. The male backed off, giving a cry of pain as he looked at his broken hand and wrist. "W-what are you! No human could take that swing and live!"
Motsudo smiled at this question and slowly moved closer, the light above casting a shadow over his eyes, leaving them to shine bright red in the dark shadows. "I'm human. But not a human you know. I'm a Jashinist. An Immortal chosen by Lord Jashin. But you are a heathen, set in my path by Lord Jashin himself. You will taste damnation by my hand. And Lord Jashin will judge your soul when you meet him. I wish you luck." With a laugh that could send chilled to even the mightiest of warriors, Motsudo sliced the male literally in half, right at the mid section. His control of his weapon was so precise that the blade itself went right between two bones in his spine, severing them for all eternity. With this one strike, his job was done. With a sigh, he sat down next to the male and pushed his shoulder back against his skin, letting it heal back up from that fight. Helmsplitter, a very dangerous weapon in the right hands. It had almost taken off his entire left arm, from the shoulder onwards. If he hadn't of surprised his enemy, he wouldn't have a shoulder anymore. Not for a while at least. Man, that would have been a drag. With a smile though, he looked down at Helm splitter and nodded. New weapon acquired. With a sigh and smile, Motsudo slowly got up and lifted Helmsplitter a few times, getting used to the weight. He put Amanozako back on his back before testing out the true strength of this weapon. He first tested it on the armored body before him, watching it cleave through it without a problem. Next he tried it on the wall, using the hammer this time. It punched right through as though the wall was made of paper. Ah this would be a fun weapon to work with. So for a few hours, since this place was nice and warm, he started his practice to use this weapon as effectively as possible, running through the steps he did with his other weapons. He changed up the steps as he did this, making sure to drill it into instinct for when he had to fight. Once he was done, he decided to look around for a bit. And of course, upon doing so, he found himself a few nice items. A few more medical books that he hadn't read yet, a syrum that, judging from the small inscription on the bottle, gave a small boost to ones abilities. No side effects. Damn, that's pretty good. And then he spotted something else. A small vial that had the character for chakra on it. Was this concentrated chakra? How was it possible to bottle it up like that? Maybe like how sealing worked? Who knew. Even still. He took that as well, downing the vial and the bottle. With that, he gained some chakra, even if he didn't know it as well as some stats for it. This was a good day. A new weapon, more books to read and strange vials. Perfect. With that, he made his way out of the hidden base and back home, taking off down the mountain to make it in record time. It was time to show off his new stuff to Kuro!
