Description: Mysterious Peacock Method is a special type of chakra filled with radiation. The radiation causes the user to have an increased chakra supply, as well as additional use/manipulation of that chakra using the mysterious peacock method jutsu's. The technique itself manifests in the form of a feather-shaped array behind the ninja and spreading out from behind them like a peacock's tail feathers, hence the name. This chakra is easily manipulated into various shapes to create techniques, making it one of the most versatile jutsu around. This chakra is harmful enough to the user to drain their Life Force at a rate of 5 Life Force every second turn. The radiation is strong enough to affect anyone around the user up to 10 Meters from the user, which will drain the victim's Life Force as well if their endurance is lower than the Mysterious Peacock Method's radiation power.
Radiation Power depends on the user's rank:
D - 50
C - 100
B - 150
A - 200
S - 300
If an opponent is within 10 meters of the user while Mysterious Peacock Method is active, they'll also receive radiation effects which reduces the opponent's Life Force by 5 every 2 turns of being within this radius, if their endurance is lower than the above mentioned Radiation Power. The user can also use Mysterious Peacock Method techniques, but only when the Mysterious Peacock Method cloak itself is active. The user gains chakra from using their Mysterious Peacock Method mode, according to their rank.

Upon the deactivation of the user's Mysterious Peacock Method, they loose these bonuses until reactivated. Reactivating in the same thread does not start the pool over, instead the user must keep track of what they had, as they do with their normal chakra.


Information on Mysterious Peacock Method

• Mysterious Peacock Method is a special form of chakra, similar to a KKG, subsequently its techniques can not be copied
  
• Mysterious Peacock Method can not be absorbed without sever damage to the absorber, such as a 25 Life Force Reduction.
  
• The Radiation that the chakra gives out is harmless to those who can utilize this, but when sealing, or trapping this chakra, it slowly erodes away at the seal and such.

  These posts represent the amount of posts a certain ranked seal will be able to hold Mysterious Peacock Method chakra before being destroyed by the radiation.
  
• Mysterious Peacock Chakra can not be taught, learned or "bought" by those without the Mysterious Peacock Method.
  
• Mysterious Peacock Method is a cloak/mode which the user has to purchase for the cost of an S rank technique in Ryo.
  
• Once the technique has been purchased, the user may activate their Mysterious Peacock Method cloak/mode at any time for no chakra cost, which will then give the user their chakra bonuses according to the user's rank, which is stated in the technique above.
  
• The radiation causes to the descendants and former residents causes any bloodline inheritance to become un-sequenced in there body, making them unable to use and utilize any aspects gained from bloodlines, including implants.
  
• Increasing chakra, is per rank, not per character. So ranking up, does grant additional chakra, which means starting low would be ideal. Simply put, a character starting at D rank, and ranking up to C rank, would not receive 70 Chakra, but instead 115 (45 for D rank + 70 for C rank = 115)
  
• The user's Life Force reductions do not affect their chakra stats.
