SOMETIMES A KING HAS TO REMIND FOOLS WHY HE IS KING

Victory. The great war had been won and the improbability of peace was no more. Life was allowed to flourish and without tyranny. Be that as it may, peace came to be at great cost to most. Izanagi Otsutsuki or as he is fondly known Kurotsuchi, suffered dearly. In the days where he alongside six others battled their forbears. Izanagi endured a great deal, and with the hopes of the realms resting on his soldiers. He saw fit to make the ultimate sacrifice, one that played a major role in securing their victory. Izanagi, like his kin all turned out to be the progenitors of their own kind. Creating and giving birth to other beings in their image, stacked with their abilities of varying levels. Time wasn’t something that they would pay much attention to. Decades could go by unnoticed and without much change to their bodies. The war had happened over a century ago now and so it was time. But time for what exactly? Towards the end of the great war, Izanagi gave up something which had always been like kin to him. This something was a mighty creature known as the Juubi. The ten tails are not just one, but multiples can be created. After all, they were created for a specific purpose. And that was in service of the Vanir, which so happens to be Izanagi’s race of people. And from this race the Otsutsuki came to be. Beings of great power and abilities only matched by some. Izanagi took pride in his people. He is not just their leader and King; he was one who had attained godhood over the centuries. It reached the point where his powers transcended his assumed potential. Izanagi managed to shatter the barriers and because of his godhood, he developed new and more potent abilities. Where others used Ninjutsu and the like, his abilities were classed as Shinjutsu(god jutsu). This is something which set him apart from his peers. His Chakra over time transformed itself and became even more potent.

With such abilities, Izanagi created creatures such as the tailed beasts and others of similar capabilities. Each creation served a particular purpose and as he continued to create. He shared a portion of his knowledge with his people. This way they may thrive in all ways possible. Izanagi would not accept weakness among his people. Izanagi has an affinity for weapons, his forge turned out to be legendary. He created and wielded weapons and armour that made others envious. They were sought after, for any who could obtain these items were immediately put at an advantage over others. Some of those weapons were scattered among humans. As for Izanagi himself, one can forgive him for being put into his current situation. His body and soul were mighty, and his Chakra was so potent that if it were to go unchecked it could affect the world around him. Likewise, he possessed a special dojutsu that gave birth to others. His ocular capabilities are all encompassing. He attained a certain level of clairvoyance. This made him a force of nature, one not to be trifled with. He alongside his kin were at the pinnacle of power. So why would he make this great sacrifice and just what did it cost him? Towards the end of the war, all the preparations were made for the final battle. The odds were stacked against them, not to mention the general unrest among his peers. Izanagi knew that there was always a chance that he’d have to give something up to secure victory. His siblings did not understand this or were even made aware of his intentions. In any case, the final battle was fought and towards the end, his premonition had become a reality. Izanagi sacrificed his Juubi after using Baryon mode, something which granted him amazing powers but at a cost. It was his first time using such an ability and the effects were almost catastrophic.

They defeated the enemy and at the end of it, Izanagi’s Bijuu was no more. The control which he normally had over his Chakra was relinquished. It became a struggle trying not to harm others unintentionally. Izanagi knew he needed to come up with a plan and fast. He quickly returned to his home world and gathered the royal guards. He laid out his plan and executed it without wasting much time. Izanagi slumbered meanwhile his people worked earnestly to fulfil his wishes. His slumber was one full century after the battle against the titans. The whole purpose behind his slumbered was so that he could recalibrate his Chakra, this way he could keep it under control. As all this was happening, the Vanir were tasked with gathering Chakra fruits, meanwhile tending to the Juubi that was created just before his slumber. Izanagi estimated that it would take some time before all these preparations would be complete. The plan was to see him rise from his slumber and take his place among his people once more. In his absence, his royal guards were given control. They made sure to protect his resting place, meanwhile ruling in his stead as a collective. Their dedication to not only Izanagi but also their own people was beyond admirable. It was more than Izanagi could ever have hoped for. While he slumbered, things kept moving across the various other realms. A few wars and rebellions happened but nothing that his people could not handle. They also kept a close eye on the outsiders, the offspring of the seven. Like the Vanir they too were thriving but also faced their own challenges. The Vanir continued to flourish while ruling over other planets. Some proving to be rather primitive and others not so much. In Izanagi’s absence, the Earth had sprung to life. The Chakra which was gifted to mankind gave rise to inevitable wars among men. The coveted power and used it to assert dominance over others. They went from mere tribes, to coming together as one people. How amusing it was to see their differences and watch them grow over the years. They managed to weaponize Chakra in ways that would make the Vanir proud. These humans had a long way to go yet. However, there were some that could prove to be a nuisance in the long run. After all, some of their abilities were also his and that of the Vanir.

The managed to weaponize the Bijuu that Izanagi left behind, turning themselves into Jinchuriki and even finding ways to control them. Only a very small percentage could perform such feats. It was however one too many. The Earth was meant to be a place that would pose little to no threat. Unfortunately, though, Izanagi’s foresight would only allow him to see so far. The time had finally come for him to be woken from his slumber. The situation on earth seemed to coincide with him gaining control of his entire being once again. His long slumber was no longer needed and so the seals which protected his resting place came undone. The awakening was marked by lightning flashing across the skies. Thunder roared furiously before there was once again stillness. Everyone and everything took a deep breath before exhaling in relief. His eyes were now opened again once more. The king had returned to his throne while getting a feel for his body once more. He sat out to walk among his people before returning to the solitude of his garden. A place of peace, brimming with life. There he was able to peer into the past to catch up on all that had happened in his absence. His people had been busy, but he was satisfied with their progress. “Earth, how troublesome you’ve become. And even worse there appears to be trouble on the horizon. Such a pain in the ass. I can’t sleep through this one. Considering what’s been revealed to me, it is important that I become whole once more”. Izanagi had no choice but to go on the hunt and gather up what is rightfully his.

Zion. The great city of Elyon.
Restoration Isle_o10

There was a mixture of crystalline palaces, and gardens of such lush fruits and plants that it spoke of nothing less than eternal life. There was no death in this place; no misery nor tears. Mithrandir had created a world truly free of the pain that existed in nearly every corner of every world in the solar system. Izanagi, his brother, had warned him that creating a world of beings who had never known true pain or war would backfire at some point. Yet who could resist the unblemished beauty and power that Zion held?
Elyon, or Mithrandir as he was known, had long been vacant the throne. Creation was his skill set; it was literally what he was born to do. He shared an unparalleled capacity and ability to create life and even sentient beings. Naturally a being of structure and order, Mithrandir had created and established a hierarchy in his kingdom not only beautiful but powerful.
Mithrandir had established Aedin, the world he reigned on, as a shining example of what a living world could be. He had, like any creator god would, created a world teeming with life forms that displayed the glory of his own power, talents and nature. Mithrandir was the fusion of three of the most powerful Orientals; Azathoth, god of light; Illuvatar god of nature; and Exyzodia god of vibration.

These three made a covenant together to win the war against the titans. To do so, they combined together to create a new being; a new person; Elyon. Like the birth of any person, he came into the world without knowledge, experience or power; and yet he held the secret to winning the war; the aeriopax quintessence. A perfect blend of spiritual, mental and physical DNA to enable him to wound beings of any dimension and plane. His DNA was the perfect sequence of creation, capable of creating and controlling not only physical but spiritual life. Thus, the ordering of his own society reflected the way in which his very being was ordered and organized.

Elyon is composed of the three beings which are symbolic of his nature and power. Azathoth is symbolic of his soul; Exyzodia of his mind; and Illuvatar his body. The soul, the mind and the body; their authority in that order. To establish his throne over all creation, he established the twelve Maiin - his guardians. Metatron, Abaddon, Sandalphon, Orion, Apollyon, Kurokon, Hyperion, Jorogomon, Qigon, Jaldabon, Goridon, and Thedon. These were the most powerful of beings Elyon made in order to establish the kingdom of Aedin as its guardians.

From that point on, he created in order of his very nature; spiritual, mental and physical.

Thus, the first order of beings Elyon created were the Eldians, made in the image of his heart and emotions. Each was extrapolated to represent a core characteristic and virtue of Elyon. First he made Helel to reflect his glory through a rainbow essence; he was the king of the Eldians.
Next, he created Uriel, the truth of El; Michael, the might of El; Raphael, the wrath of El; Ariel, the love of El; Samael, the judgment of El; Gabriel, the peace of El; Barachiel, the wisdom of El; Zerubbabel, the vengance of El; Azzazel, the intelligence of El; Remuel, the faith of El; and Vorniel, the hope of El.
Thus were the twelve zodiacs born, to rule the heavens and the great star Enya; whose rainbow light gave life to all of Aedin. To them was given to communicate signs and times given to Aedin from Elyon. They ruled the spiritual plane and were the authority to whom the priesthood of the Aesir reported to.

Next, he made the Medians; these ruled the mental plane. Sidious, Nihilus, Plagueis, Vesuvius, Caligulus, Pluvious, and Desidarious. To these he gave wisdom and judgment, to manage the invisible forces of Aedin. These beings were gray skinned, hairless humanoid like entities, with dark abilities. They were the teachers of Kybalion, the art of Alchemy; they taught the Aesir the sciences of the invisible energies.

Finally, he brought forth the Aesir; his children. These were made as imitations of Elyon. The Aesir were angelic beings with superhuman abilities, control over nature, and the ability to be powered by solar energy; some, to even use it. From the Aesir, Mithrandir chose twelve tribes from which to give birth to the species; and from these tribes, twelve great warriors known as the Paladin; they were those who served him directly. The Aesir were separated into three main classes; the royal class, the judges and the priesthood. To those with physical energies, the royal class; to those with mental, the judges; to those with greater spiritual abilities, the priesthood.

Thus, was Aedin established.

Having created a world teeming with advanced life, what was Mithrandir to do next? He and his brother Izanagi had led the children of the grail to a final victory over an entire pantheon of evil. Elyon the star, Izanagi the moon; the two were a dynamic duo to say the least. Their abilities mirrored one another very intimately, and yet they were far from the same. One thing they did share in common, however, was their connection to the trees of the beginning.

Mithrandir’s physical body was composed of a being known as Illuvatar; translated in other tongues as “The Tree of Life”. Izanagi, on the other hand, had taken a bite of Yggdrasil - “The Tree of Knowledge”. While his body was not made of it the same way as Mithrandir, he was intimately tied to it from that point on. It was said that his eyes were opened and he gained an unparalleled clairvoyance and psychic ability that manifested itself in three dojutsu unlike anything anyone else had. In the same way that it was though Mithrandir possessed the perfect physical body; Kurotsuchi possessed the perfect vision. It enabled Kurotsuchi and Mithrandir to share a special connection that was different than the others. Strong feelings from either could often be felt from the other; even worlds away.

During the war, the Juubi had been separated from Kurotsuchi during the war, utilizing a special technique in order to deal a final blow to their foes. Mithrandir felt it; the loss, that is. After the war, Izanagi had gone into a deep sleep to recover, while Mithrandir had gone on a spree of creating and organizing the world he ruled, honing his creation abilities. That said, when Izanagi had arisen from his slumber, filled with an intent to reclaim what was his, Elyon felt it.

Elyon stood in the center of the Isle of Blooming flowers, watching the air blow through its large green grass. Children ran throughout, their mothers all in one circle of conversation and joy. Radiating gold, eyes shining pure white, Elyon seemed to be caught up in the moment; caught up in the bliss. Suddenly, his radiance turned orange; the color of desire. He was feeling Izanagi’s passion from a world away. It was the first time in a century he’d gotten any kind of signal from his brother. Their worlds and peoples communicated and did business regularly, yet Elyon had not visited the world since its conception when he aided in its creation. Elyon and Izanagi had bonded after the war, both sharing in profoundly emotional times as they slew monsters that had robbed them of sleep since they were children. Yet, they found themselves growing apart to an extent under the grief of the past and the responsibilities of the present. Izanagi had been particularly distant emotionally right after the war; Elyon gave him space. Now, a century later, for the first time he’d sensed his brother's presence, his energy. It was as ferocious as ever, and it seemed to have an intent that was clear.

Unable to discern exactly what that could be after all this time, after all the war and destruction prior to this time, Elyon almost immediately discerned this warranted a visit; a reunion of sorts.

“Sire, what is thy bidding?” Metatron, asked politely.

“The throne is to remain unattended until my return. No one is to enger the palace, and the Shekinah shall be remain; summon Helel.”

Metatron nodded, hesitantly.

“How will the Aesir respond when knowing you have left?” he said, quietly.

“They will not know that Elyon has departed; you will put Helel in my place; he bears my image and my energy the most closely. Let him bring Michael, Uriel and Gabriel with him. I will be gone for the foreseeable future, I must see Izanagi.”

“Yes my lord.” Metatron said, quickly. Metatron was a large, goat-like figure that stood on two feet. He had blue fur, and the wings of an angel; six of them, to be exact. With him a tablet with which he could practically control the entire world by turning knobs one way or another. He was the leader of the Maijin, and the one whom Elyon spoke to directly when giving orders for the others.

With that, Elyon proceeded to East gate; the portal he’d made to teleport to and fro from other worlds. He was bound for the home world of the Vanir.

SOMETIMES A KING HAS TO REMIND FOOLS WHY HE IS KING

A good earthly forty-eight hours had gone by since Izanagi rose from his slumber. The sheer excitement coming from his people shown through in their celebrations. There were many, younger and older wanting to catch a glimpse of the man. His people had so much to say to him, stories upon stories. And while he was quite capable of peering into the past, he also wanted to take his time. Hearing from others could be more interesting as opposed to speeding through it all. Afterall, he spent a whole century asleep, so why rush now? Despite being a man on a mission, reconnecting with his people is important. He pondered about the wellbeing of his siblings, but that wasn’t his focus at this moment in time. Izanagi was preparing to officially say ‘hello’ to his people. There he was sat upon his throne in the throne room no doubt. In his presence were members of the royal guard. Not all were present as they had their own duties to perform as instructed by their ruler. In attendance so far was Amaterasu, his first daughter, a woman of unparalleled beauty. She brought light to the realms, the bright spark if you will. Accompanying Amaterasu is Tsukuyomi, her brother and moon deity. If Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi are present, then so is Susanoo. God of storms and another one of Izanagi’s children. Interestingly though, the names of his children were also names for his abilities. Kamui was in attendance, along with the Kotoamatsukami who’re a group of elite warriors serving Izanagi. If one wanted to hear the thunder roaring through the skies above, you need not look further than the troublesome Raijin. And where Raijin went, his counter part Fujin would be.

Eyes of blue sclera, white iris, accompanied by two rings of black, adorned with six tomoes. Three on one set of rings, and another three on another set of rings. Dark blue pupils sat in between all this, acting as the epiphany of ocular greatness among the Vanir. If one were to pay close attention to Izanagi’s offspring. They would notice the differences in their Dojutsu. Some had the Rinnengan, others possessed the Tenseigan, Byakugan, Sharingan and other variants. Each unique to the individual possessing them. His ocular supremacy meant that he had all those various attributes in one. At present Izanagi sported a pair of black shinobi knee high boots. His length of his white trousers was tucked into the boots. His torso was almost left bare except for the Hoari which covered it. He was relaxed while waiting. Rising from his seat on the throne, Izanagi quickly moved towards the magnificent courtyard. Once there he began to focus his attention on his people. Izanagi started sending out thought waves across his home world. He was able to cover vast distances as if it were nothing. He established a telepathic connection with his people. Meanwhile projecting himself so that he may appear as an ethereal being. A titanic figure which appeared in various locations. This way all could behold his presence and see for themselves that he had in fact risen from his slumber. This was a mere greeting and one that would be kept short and sweet. “My people, a century has gone by since you’ve last heard me. In that time, you’ve accomplished many great things. And I am truly proud to see what you’ve achieved and the advancements we’ve made as a people. I must ask that you forgive me, I am not yet fully caught up on all the details. However, with each passing moment, I can get a better grasp of the past. And I must say I am truly impressed by what I’ve seen. And as much as I’d love to sit back and celebrate, I’m afraid I have other things to attend to. I need to ensure that the Vanir remove strong. As such I vow to move swiftly in securing our strength and in turn our future. We cannot sit idly by and fane ignorance. Even as I appear before you now. There are forces moving in the shadows, seeking to destroy everything that we’ve built. This is something that I cannot allow to happen. I will personally deal with this, but before I leave our home, how about a little party eh?”.

Izanagi giggled as his titanic projection of himself dissipated before the eyes of his people. It turns out that he could indeed celebrate a little. At the very least his people would be able to do so. Regardless of the celebrations, Izanagi’s focus had already shifted onto what is perceived as more important things. It was time for a debrief and so after addressing his people. The ruler gathered inside the halls of the elementals. It is here where important meetings and war councils took place. There he was sat at the head of the table, and no doubt the royal guards were in attendance. He only needed to hear from a few on the happenings. While his ability to peer into past events could speed up the process. He was still in his recovery phase and so needed more time. “Let us convene as I’m intrigued to hear what has happened”. They all knew that delving into things too much wasn’t necessary. It can be unnerving when dealing with Izanagi. The fear that he could see the sins of others and easily pass judgment. Izanagi did his best not to invade the privacy of ours, not unless he absolutely had to. “As per your instructions prior to your sleep, we’ve been working hard at cultivating the chakra fruits. We gathered up as many as possible and distributed them. The result was as you expected and so our mission was a success. We’re much stronger now and our abilities have evolved. This is something which proved to be a master stroke. As you may or may not already be aware. We had to stave off numerous attacks and threats. We had a few problematic decades during your sleep. In the end we triumphed over our adversaries”. Susanoo’s debrief was straight to the point, and Izanagi could already see the power that each one had attained.

“If I may, we’ve left the humans to their own devices for the most part. Although some of our people intermingled with them. Their union brought forth descendants of the Vanir. And while we moved to prevent any further unions. The humans were introduced to Chakra and its capabilities. Now we have humans with varying levels of abilities. Some have become so prominent that they could become a threat. Some possess abilities like ours. To see them inherit the Byakugan, Sharingan and the like was quite interesting. They’ve become far more aware of themselves, but they tend to lean towards greed. And so, they often fight among themselves, a truly tragic thing”. This time it was Amaterasu who spoke up. In some regards she came across as happy and perhaps curious about the earthlings.

“If I didn’t know any better sister, I’d say you wouldn’t mind mingling with the humans”. And there we go again, Raijin being his usual mischievous self. His words were proceeded by a slap to the back of his head by Fujin. Izanagi sighed and shook his head, meanwhile Amaterasu showed her disdain by riling her chakra. She had indeed become far more powerful since Izanagi went into a deep sleep. “Good to see the sibling rivalry is still at hand. I feel like a lot more was about to be said about the humans?”. Izanagi too was curious to hear a little bit more. “Father, there is something else you ought to know. The Chakra fruit that you left behind on earth is about ready to be harvest. The problem is more and more humans have shown their greed for power. They’ve managed to seal some of the tailed beast and made themselves into Jinchuriki”. Izanagi shifted his gaze towards Kamui, now pondering just how all this could’ve happened. After the war against the titans, Izanagi knew that he needed to take some time to properly recover his powers. Earth at the time was just a fledgling, a planet unable to pose any significant threat. Besides, it was part of Izanagi’s dominion. While the probability of them learning about chakra and harnessing it was there. Izanagi didn’t exactly foresee that they would develop so quickly.  Before his slumber, Izanagi planted the great tree so that he may one day eat of its fruit. The tree was cleverly disguised, and its growth was perfectly regulated. In addition to this, a young ten tails were installed on the earth. A protector of the tree should it ever come under threat. The ten tails would also grow alongside the tree, and once at full maturity, Izanagi could once again become a Jinchuriki. He also purposely set loose various tailed beasts, his own little pets. Meanwhile hiding the husk of the ten tails from which they came on earth’s moon. This was a failsafe for Izanagi should his original plan not work out. If the great tree fell and the young ten tails did live up to his expectations. Then he could go back and gather the Bijuu roaming free and revive the ten tails that way.

“Oh wow, they’ve exceeded my expectations. I don’t think its purely greed which drives them. They’re motivated to protected what they have. I am curious to see just how far they’ve come. If they’ve learned how to make themselves into a Jinchuriki. Then we will need to pay close attention to what is happening. All the same, we cannot afford to let our technology fall into their hands. It is now my desire to visit earth and take back what is rightfully mines”.

Izanagi realized that he would have to take things a little more serious now. Having heard about the humans, he needed to go and see it with his own eyes. He was now even more determined to regain what was lost. This should all be straight forward, but he couldn't help but feel something more sinister was at play. "Well then, we will reconvene soon enough. In the mean time, I will be preparing to leave for earth. In my absence, you will all continue as you've done for the last hundred years. Try not to bicker too much and keep it respectful". They all bowed their heads in acknowledgment of his words and request. Izanagi needed to go forth and tend to his garden.

The Force.

The ocean of cosmic energy that circulated throughout all the realms. Different variites of energy existed like different spices in a recipe. Elyon, like all of his siblings, could sense and feel shifts in the Force; they were trained to. Since each of them individually represented a great beacon of a certain kind of energy, their presence, whether far or near, could be felt when their powers were roused.

Izanagi's awakening could be felt all the way on Aedin by Elyon; likely by his siblings as well. Elyon stood atop Enya, the great star he had placed in the expanse of space in order to provide warmth, light and life to Aedin. His body shown like pure rainbow energy, his eyes bright white lights, all of his being set-ablaze in an unapproachable inferno. Walking on the star was walking in the midst of an inferno of unimaginable heat. To him, however, it was life-giving; empowering. It was a way to recharge and even expand his capacities. Elyon had been drawn away from his people for a century now. He'd wondered the expanse of the stars on his own adventure to find the gates of Eternity. In order to be capable of entering, he'd spent the greater part of the century consuming star energy. As he consumed this energy, his powers naturally grew and expanded. As they expanded, so did the parts of him he'd kept at home. Enya, Aedin, and all of his creation were directly tied to him; to his very being. As he grew in power and energy, so did their life force expand and grow. Yet he'd also put things in place so that should his demise ever come, Aedin could and would go on; along with all of his created beings. Only Metatron was allowed to know at anytime where his master was exactly; and he was to tell no one; not even Helel, who most closely could feel his energy and emotions.

It was fitting, therefore, that upon his return, Eylon began by appearing in the midst of the kingdom of light, Zion. There, Helel ruled the Zodiacs and their armies; there, they watched over Aedin.
On Enya, star energy was in such abundance that it enabled Elyon to perform feats that even for him were startling. He could be almost omnipresent as he was one with the entire flow of the star; as he also was with his home world. From him were all things, and through him were all things made; Elyon was the god of the Aesir.

"For thy glory," Helel said, taking a bow as Elyon entered into the crystalline throne room. Helel, along with the eleven princes, knelt in unison before their Father; before their King. It was a triumphant return indeed. Elyon had, in his search for the gates of Eternity, found something far more valuable; himself. Eternal life was not possible to reach, even for him; but he had reached what seemed at this time to be the full realization of the Aeriopax Quintessance; of his god-given abilities.

Now, wielding his power at full throttle and with complete mastery, he was ready to set onto the next adventure to expand his horizons even further. Having absorbed so much starlight over the last century, his radiance and aura were so intense that he could not be around other living beings, save for those that were made of pure light. To be next to him was akin to standing next to the sun; it was instant death. He'd come to Zion first for a specific reason; to be crowned by Ariel. You see, the Zodiacs were comprised of a crystalline substance known as Chrysanthemum, and the Zohar energy. Before leaving, Elyon had given Ariel the task of developing a "crown" that he could encase himself in so that his glory could be harnessed and better controlled; the crystals found on Enya were the only that could co-exist with the intense energy of Zohar radiance.
Elyon had been enthroned on Aedin already; now he had arisen to such a height of power and mastery that he deserved also to be consumated in Zion.

Ariel arose from a knelt position and summoned 12 Khlorian Kaisers to her beckon. The Kaisers were eight feet tall cellular organisms that radiated blue light. They had no features per say, but had a humanoid like physical structure that made them not too unlike the Zodiacs themselves, though they resembled the Aesir far more closely.
In each of the Kaisers hands was a crystal of a different color. On Ariel's command, the crystals were released into the air, where they found one another through a magnetic union. Having come together, this union, produced a glowing matrix of liquid glowing metal indiscernible from water. It glided to the floor shortly after, five meter in front of Elyon in an arrangement of goo. The goo finished being formed and came out to be a humanoid being that resembled Elyon's body, but with no features. Smiling slightly, Elyon spread out his arms in ready-embrace of his new armor. The Metallic being walked towards Elyon with similar body language and embraced him, the entirety of his body fusing with Elyon's in an instant.

It was as if a layer of steel had been added to every cell in Elyon's body. He felt heavier and lighter at the same time; it was a shifting feeling. Being fully naked, he could see that the furious flames and radiation that had previously been pouring out from his body at every moment had been contained in his vessel. You could now see different energy colors dancing through his body, like bottled lightning. His hair was still godlen, his skin tan and his eyes pure white energy. He thanked Ariel in the Enyan tongue, and proceeded forth out of the crystalline palace, flexing his new physical vessel. As he walked out, he could view in the distance the beautiful home world he'd made with his own hands, Aedin.

Waiting for him, as he descended the palace stairs, was his old friend Metatron. He appeared in hologram form, to greet Elyon and, as he was keen to do, deliver the latest news.

"My lord...

Let they reign be forever. It is the utmost blessings to once again be in your presence. Shall we now discuss the current affairs of your kingdoms?"

Elyon nodded calmly as Gabriel, his messenger, materialized next to Metatron. Gabriel wore a white robe, roman style, with sapphire blue eyes and dark black hair. He had the appearance of a young human male under the age of 25; and yet when he spoke it was with the wisdom of the ancients.

"Aedin has produced its fruit and is ready for pruning. We have sent the Paladins to the worlds appointed; their is life flourishing even in the lower realms. Now, I'd like to mention to you a growing concern in the third realm. I sense an unusually strong presence of energy on the world known as the Earth. Primitive, and yet in recent times there seems to be an outbreak of tremendous energy. We had a Paladin venture to this world some ten cycles ago. He stated he believed the world was on the brink of extinction while he traversed. He stated that there were Vanirians in the midst of humans; some whom had even..."
Metatron paused.

"Mated with humans."

There was silence for a moment between the three, standing in the midst of the glorious hurricane of energies on Enya. The tension was for a variety of reasons not yet revealed and communicated between the three. Metatron was fearful to mention the mating with humans because he knew what that meant legally.

After the Titans were put into chains and sealed, the seven gathered together to make a law and establish a vision for how their respective realms would be run. There were common rules of governance, and treaties of trade established with their distinct homeworlds. Elyon, the leader of the seven, had personally decreed that the seven and their distinctive races were not to interbreed with other species. Holiness as a concept natural to the Aesir; they believed the most strongly in the purity of bloodlines. Elyon had actually made it such that their genes could not intermix and be carried on with other beings who were not Aesirian. It roused a unique hatred in Elyon to see abuse of lower beings. The seven and their races were, arguably, the most advanced organic life forms in the realms. They were to steward other worlds; not dominate and control them; and certainly not mate with them.
The elephant in the room was that Earth was a world that fell under the jurisdiction of Elyons brother, Izanagi. They'd fought in the war together and were considered to be the two most powerful out of the seven. While they made an incredible pair in battle, they were often at odds in terms of political and religious stances. Izanagi was far more contrarian and far more lazze fair about the institution of laws in general. Elyon, on the other hand, was a leader of law and order. This created a fascinating tension between the two of them and their races. Though in many ways they were identical in their intentions, the execution was very, very different.

"If I may, sire..." Gabriel interjected, noticing that the ambient radiance of Elyon glowed bright orange and red; a symbol that feelings of aggression were more prominent than one would want from their king.

"I sense a great darkness in this realm. The light in the realm is dying; it is gradual, but very felt. Something is present, though somehow not visible to us yet. The Paladin sensed it as well while there. I believe it may be worth your investigtation; perhaps there has been some form of oversight on the part of Lord Izanagi? Only your majesty could bring up such a charge to him."

Gabriel knew well to speak respectfully of Izanagi; and yet simultaneously, he wanted Elyon's mind on something other than conflict with his brother's management of people. There was nothing he and Izanagi fought more about than their leadership styles.

"I will meet with Izanagi myself, and we will get an appraisal of what is going on in this realm. The kind of power the Vanirians wield should not be fondled by the children of man; they are not ready for the power to destroy themselves."

Elyon kept any criticisms of Izanagi to himself; creations of a lesser kind were not to hear of such a being's flaws; it would be irreverent. Armed now, with Chrysanthemum armor as well as the soulcalibur blade he'd won in a hard fought battle during his travels to the Gate of Eternity, Elyon was in never a better place to confront his brother again, after all this time.

Gabriel read the room and opened up a gate leading straight to Earth. Elyon commanded that the both of them stay out of things for now, but to prepare an army on standby just in case.

There will be surprises.

SOMETIMES A KING HAS TO REMIND FOOLS WHY HE IS KING

Lets roll.

The dark void opened up like a throat being slit open, meanwhile the fifty meter long path leading to it lit up. The room was vibrant and at the entrance to the void waited two guards. Both were dressed in all white clothing, typical of the Otsutsuki and some Vanir warriors. Izanagi's footsteps could be heard while his chakra could be felt by all. It felt like something coming forth from the abyss. A well which did not have a bottom, so much so that his energy weighed heavy. His mood had shifted for sure, his focus was on the task at hand. Before Izanagi decided to leave, he had summoned forth the Kotoamatsukami. A group of elite warriors, of whom earthlings would no doubt view as deities. The Kotoamatsukami were sent to earth before Izanagi. Their mission was quite simple, remain in the shadows until they were needed. They were an insurance policy in case he needed any further assistance. Once on earth they would hide themselves in the planes in between the two dimensions. They were simply sent there to watch and gather intelligence on behalf of their King. And unless absolutely necessary, they must not engage with the creatures of earth. They knew what they needed to do and so they went ahead to carryout their mission.

Izanagi edged ever so closer to the portal leading to earth. He could probably travel their without the portal. After all, he possessed the kind of abilities that would allow him to do so. However, doing so would require more energy and effort than he'd like to put in. He finally came into view, his long white mane like hair was a dead give away. His hair reached down to the middle of his back. His skin tone was more tanned compared to most other Vanir. His eyes were of the fearsome Dojutsu which possess an array of magnificent abilities. Izanagi's appearance becomes more noticeable with his chosen head gear that bores the Otsutsuki clan symbol on it. The head gear in question being the Happuri, a black one to be precise. The Happuri head gear was first shown in the Manga to be worn by the second Hokage Tobirama and then Yamato. Izanagi wears the same head gear, although a black one as previously stated. The Happuri that Izanagi sports also has a pair of black horns, which protrudes upwards. The Shinobi in question also has black metal bar piercing through each ear, completing the gear. Izanagi is garbed in a full black body suit, with a white apron like piece of clothing with ragged bottoms stemming from his waist line. The ragged bottom apron type piece of clothing. Is cut in a diagonal manner, with majority of this piece of clothing resting on the right side. Visually, the ragged apron like clothing covers portions of Izanagi's right leg. He also has black gloves covering his arms, and as such the entirety of his arms is covered in some form of attire. The Vanir King also has bandages carefully woven as part of his sleeves. These bandages, often being utilized to employ Ninjutsu techniques. Izanagi wears black high Shinobi sandals, those stretching up to his knees, more customized compared to usual Shinobi sandals. On both sides of his sandals is the Otsutsuki clan symbol. However to think his attire ended there would be false, since the man is set on looking and playing the part. Black armour is worn over that full black body suit of Izanagi’s. The aforementioned armour is very similar to that of a Samurai’s armour, though closely resembling that of Hashirama’s or Madara’s. It was designed with the intention of not to impede his abilities while in battle. The dark armor was constructed from numerous metal plates, formed into multiple protective guards along his body. The chest, shoulders, back, thighs and forearms are covered. Each collar on his shoulder guards has the Otsutsuki clan symbol emblazoned on them.

Now at the entrance to the portal, Izanagi stopped and gave a nod to the two guards. He had his weapons with him, though not visible to the naked eye. They were simply a mere thought away from making an appearance. Izanagi stepped into the dark void, the portal leading him to planet Earth. The portal opened on the other side with Izanagi stepping through. He was now officially on earth, alighting from the portal atop a mountain. The sun was high in the skies, the breeze was gentle, the greenery and overall scenery was a thing of beauty. There he was looking out into the distance. He decided to take a moment to ponder a few things. And so he decided to perch himself on a huge rock beneath the shade of a huge tree. He could hear the birds chirping away, insects buzzing about, even a snake as it slithered on its way. Izanagi was thinking back on what was said during the brief meeting with the royal guards. The fact that certain Vanir had cohabitated with humans was a problem. It was technically a violation of the laws put together by the seven. However, earth is Izanagi's domain and so it was up to him to pass judgment. Whether he did so or not was entirely up to him. Besides, he does not yet know just how deep this thing goes. Earth's atmosphere was entirely different compared to his home world. He now needed to decide on whether or not to gather the Chakra fruit and Juubi. Or, he could take some time and mingle with the locals so to speak.

There is that and the fact that he may yet have to entertain his so called siblings. Its been a whole century since he went to sleep. And despite this, no one mentioned anyone ever visiting or checking in on his people. They were made to be self sufficient of course. Perhaps the others were far too busy dealing with their own affairs. Even so, a century was a long time. Izanagi's entrance to earth was a quiet one, however, his energy levels may yet arose suspicion. As such he began to consciously suppress his presence. He feared none, but drawing unnecessary attention to himself could prove problematic. Looking at his options, harvesting the chakra fruit could be more important than the Juubi itself. The chakra fruit would bring more balance to his Chakra. At present, his own chakra is a danger to the world around him. Others will have to tread carefully when dealing with him. Izanagi's chakra is truly unique, his genetic make up set up apart from most other Vanir. That should be obvious, however it wasn't so simple. The Vanir didn't just use normal chakra, they made use of Bijuu and nature chakra also. In the case of Izanagi, he has the ability to completely disrupt the harmony of nature chakra. He can have his be as pure or as impure as he would want it. The potency that it has can unintentionally lay waste to most.

Even as he's sat pondering his next move. Nature chakra was unconsciously being drawn to him. He was absorbing it at an increased pace, it felt natural to him. However, too much of it comes with side effects. Those which leads him to become more demon like as opposed to godly. Be that as it may, the power swelling up inside him should be sufficient. He wondered if it was at all possible to completely suppress his energy. The report stated that the tree was ready to be harvested. As such he need not wait much longer before making a move on it.

The nature of the seven was a mysterious thing.

What were they? How were they made? Why were they created?

Such questions had riddled the minds of their enemies, their subjects, and even themselves. Elyon was clearly a creator god; a being of seemingly infinite potential whose abilities all coordinated together to create life forms. Creation was the most distinctive ability of Elyon; he was unmatched in his ability to actually create sentient beings that could function independently of him. In addition, the Aeriopax Quintessance, his extraordinary DNA, enabled him to create with a presumably infinite variety.

What mattered most was that they create a world free of the monsters that they as children were forced to face and overcome. To create a world, or worlds, safe from predators who knew nothing but death and destruction for its own sake.
Elyon was the youngest of the seven, yet he was their leader, as prophecy had foretold. The power advantage he had over most of his siblings was obvious; making his authority largely unchallenged. His only match was Izanagi. Both had respected each other a great deal given what they'd experienced together in the war. Izanagi and Elyon had been pushed beyond what they believed their limits could be. They'd made each other stronger by their rivalry as younglings; they were the men and kings they were because of one another.

This thought was on Elyon's mind a great deal as he stepped foot onto the green marsh, only miles outside of Konohagakure. Elyon's exoskeletal armor that covered every cell in his body, was invisible to the naked eye. It was an encasement to contain and control the solar radiation he naturally exuded that would otherwise be a source of annihilation. You could no more put Elyon on a world with life forms than you could put the sun in your backyard and anything survive. A century of feeding on starlight of exuberant intensity didn't help the matter. Elyon overflowed with such radiance and power that he was still undergoing a learning curve to being able to manage it.
On the outside, Elyon's hair was short and organized; pure gold as usual, to complement his tan skin. Externally, his wore a sapphire armor with golden engravings in trunk. On his chest was the  likeness of a winged seraphim. On his muscular thighs were strong lines of engraved gold that went from his waist to his boots.

He stood in the middle of a field of grass for as far as the normal human eye could see in all directions. He, of course, could see the villagers a mile west. Their life force, their beating hearts even, were visible to him. The Earth felt primitive to beings who were from higher planes and more advanced worlds; beings who had seen the pinnacle of creation itself. Though he looked somewhat human, he could hardly be mistaken for one. His eyes radiated pure white energy that communicated an otherworldliness that was undeniable. A question still yet unanswered was exactly how Elyon would handle the issue of cohabitation of humans and vanirians. He could instantly sense that Vanirians weren't far away, and even see the DNA signature of some in the human vessels he sensed not far away. To take the life of a Vanirian without bringing them before Izanagi would be equally abominable and hurtful to his brother. He would stay his hand for the moment and allow his brother to certainly explain. These were thoughts he had as he glided through the field towards a small wood that overlooked the village below. Nearing the beginning of the wood, his feet took to solid ground, and he strolled softly towards an individual standing under an oak tree right at the cliff that overlooked Konohagakure. An individual that, though had their energy suppressed, was unmistakable.

"Excuse me sir," Elyon said with a smirk, "I'm not from around here and I was wondering if you could help me with directions. I am looking a large beast with ten tails and a large red eye. You wouldn't happen to have spotted something like this recently, would you?"

SOMETIMES A KING HAS TO REMIND FOOLS WHY HE IS KING

Izanagi smirked upon sensing Mithrandir's presence. His old rival and for all intents and purposes, sibling, wasted no time catching up with him. Izanagi's awakening must have triggered something. To think that by simply opening his eyes, he could attract others to him. Izanagi waited as Mithrandir approached before looking over his right shoulder at him. Izanagi could immediately see the difference in Mithrandir. It would appear that while Izanagi was asleep, the others kept themselves busy. He was however disappointed to see that only Mithrandir had turned up. "Elyon. No, Mithrandir". Izanagi paused for a brief moment before turning towards the leader of the Aesir. The King of the Vanir had no need for formalities in this sense. Izanagi had himself a good look at his rival before cocking his head to the left. A sigh followed before words rolled off his tongue once more. "Mithrandir, why are you here? And furthermore why aren't the others with you?".  The others of course refers to their other siblings and the other members of the seven. While its not unusual for Mithrandir to visit Izanagi, it was odd considering how much time had pass. To see Mithrandir by himself has a deeper meaning perhaps? "I suppose you know why I've come, you said as much just now. I am indeed here to collect the Juubi as was my intention over a century ago. Nevertheless though, it would appear that this planet underwent some drastic changes. The knowledge of chakra and its utility was shared among the humans".

Mankind exceeded his expectations. He didn't think they would come so far and so quickly. Izanagi had mixed feelings regarding the intermingling between his people and the humans. Things were not so simple anymore. "One hundred, that's how many years went by since I was last here. Even times before that, human kind were only learning to crawl. A primitive set of beings with no real direction. And now I am faced with a troublesome decision. Do I erase mankind or do I allow them to thrive? I see both advantages and disadvantages to this. Regardless, they have my attention, I am curious to test their capacity". Unbeknownst to others, Izanagi had his own way of correcting the situation. He needed to deal with the few wayward Vanirians who went against the law. Their crime took on the shape of their offspring. Who would've thought that humans could ever handle giving birth to other worldly beings. Half human and half Vanir with varying degree of power. He wanted to see what they inherited and how they went about utilizing their gifts. There was also the issue of the dark presence which had its grip on the planet. It was well hidden, but Izanagi could feel its intent. By now, those adept at sensory would be able to sense them. Those lacking in sensory could still feel their presence. Izanagi and Mithrandir's energy signatures are far too overwhelming to not be noticed.

"In any case, if you intend on lecturing me then don't bother. After such a long time asleep, I care not for such unpleasant things. I must also warn you, don't get in the way of my objectives while I'm here. Any objections?". Izanagi quizzed while gazing at Mithrandir. He was certainly on a mission and was obviously determined to complete said mission. Izanagi didn't yet see the humans as a threat to his mission. All of this could change pretty quickly as he reacquainted himself with the earthlings.

Mithrandir's eyes could see across the vast expanse of the Konohagkuare village. He could see, sense, and feel the life force energy in the place. It was teeming with life from gate to gate. No doubt the additional indigenous plant life played a part in this. It pleased the King of the Stars to see abundance and prosperity of life and its flourishing on any world he visited. The chief task given to the Aesir was to plant and grow life until term. He left the development of the societies to his brother Izanagi, for the most part, as dangerous as that now sounded.

Izanagi knew his brother was a rule-stickler. That the very thought of his race intermingling with humans angered him. Elyon had never really cared much for the tailed beasts; he'd actually seen them as quite a nuisance if he were fully honest. He knew that Izanagi was rather fond of the Juubi in that form, and even took a personal liking to the pets. Mithrandir was superior creator in regards to the seven, as his entire KKG was centered around life creation; yet he was amused and even somewhat proud of Izanagi's attempts to create animated beings made from his chakra. Chakra was the most versatile form of energy Mithrandir had ever seen; it was rather fascinating. Zohar, Ea and Numinous were the energies that powered Mithrandir. Yet these celestial energies were incompatible with other beings. Only he and his creations could utilize and access them. Izanagi, on the other hand, wielded a form of energy that was able to be uitlized by virtually all living beings; perhaps this was why he was prophesied to be the "World Teacher" figure to many races and worlds.
Mithrandir had mentored Izanagi when first forming the beasts. You see, they both shared a special connection with the Juubi. Mithrandir's physical vessel was comprised purely of Illuvatar, the Tree of Life; brother to Yiggradsil, the Juubi chakra tree. Thus, he could sense and communicate to the Juubi directly in a language that only the Trees could understand. Mithrandir could not utilize chakra whatsoever at all; but in a strange way, had a deeper connection with the Juubi itself as he and the tree were of the same species.
Kurotsuchi, however, had a little more challenge in doing so initially, as he was the vessel of a Juubi chakra fruit. While his body was one of the few if, not the only that could house a juubi chakra fruit, he had not yet worked out the ability to understand the Juubi entirely. Thus, being the lover boy that he was, he decided he'd like to create the Juubi into a form that he could nourish a relationship with; into a pet.
Mithrandir found the concept a bit repulsive given the exceptional nature of the tree; yet, it was what his brother desperately wanted and needed in order to properly wield his birthright.

Thus, Mithrandir had aided his brother in creating the vessels that housed the chakra of the Ten-tails; the tailed beasts, that is. Each beast was given a different internal structure that enabled it to house a different proportion of chakra, and upon the request of Kurotsuchi, Mithrandir even went as far as to give each a kind of soul. Souls are consciousnesses. They are given birth to in the spiritual realm, and are comprised of light. Light, carries with in itself the building blocks of emotions; and emotions are the building blocks of thought. Elyon, being the embodiment of the most potent form of light, Zohar, was the only of the seven who could truly create a soul or "life".
Doing so for the nine tailed beasts was a gift to his brother Izanagi; albeit a reluctant one. The notion that the beasts were lost or harmed was meaningful to him as well as Izanagi; he had played a part in their creation.
His empathy now roused a bit more than initially anticipated, Mithrandir refrained from giving his initial speech and instead reverted to a negotiation of sorts.

"I know you miss them, Kurotsuchi..." He paused.

"And I will help you to gather them. But I need your cooperation with something. There is a great darkness that has gripped this planet; I'm sure you sense it. Something ominous has found its way here and I fear the humans are cooperating with it.

They are already under judgment for mating with your kind; which I trust you plan to remedy in due time. Now with this... evil, that is among them. I am concerned that humanity will soon be beyond salvation. I do not desire to end this world, but we cannot allow whatever this is to spread to other worlds.
I fear there has been a breach in the phantom zone. Something may have escaped, perhaps; I'm unsure. For now, though, this must be our primary priority. I need you to promise that you will not let the - "

A huge explosion took place to the right of Kurotsuchi and Mithrandir, who were currently at the edge of the cliff facing one another, about three meters apart. It had taken place in the center of the village strangely. Through the smoke, Mithrandir caught a creature scaling down the Hokage mountain and into the rear part of the village. He recognized the beast; it was Shukaku.
It could immediately sense there was something else going on with the tailed beast; a sort of interference in its consciousness. Mithrandir and Kurotsuchi immediately, accessing their mental link with the beast, entered into its mind to engage.

In this dark realm, that represented Shukaku's mind, there was darkness everywhere, and both Mithrandir and Kurotsuchi found themselves in a desert of sand, ten meters away from Shukaku. The beast was chained to the ground with black chains hissing of dark psychic energy. Shukaku's mind was gone and there was nothing but rage that Mithrandir felt from it.

"If they have him, the other are in danger as well." Mithrandir said quietly to his brother, both of them still before the raging Shukaku.

Back to present world.

Shinobi began to engage Shukaku shortly after its arrival; this must not have been the first time the humans had engaged a tailed beast, as it looked like an organized defense. As they began to bound the beast successfully, however, there emerged at the top of the mountain figures who Mithrandir instantly discerned were from the the negative realm. The presence of wraiths meant that something was very, very wrong. You see there were thought to be 9 realms total; the tenth being the spirit realm. The zero realm, the negative or phantom zone, was for beings that were sub-life. This was for life forms without a soul, and without organic bodies. In the same way that the tenth realm was the spirit realm for beings that were beyond physical; the zero realm was for those that were, in a sense, beneath it. The best way to explain it was the land of the undead. It was also a land in which a prison was placed and created for the worst criminals that existed in the realms; the phantom zone. Wraiths were the antithesis to what humans knew as "angels" or what Zion knew as Seraphim. They were common vultures of the zero realm, that fed on worlds with excessive waste and death.
The Zodiacs and their armies had driven these wraiths entirely out of other realms and created a barrier to prevent them from accessing living worlds. It would appear that wall was gone; and Elyon was not made aware of it.

Mithrandir powered up, his radiance showing itself gold, glittering with electricity and aura.
"Deal with Shukaku; I will handle the wraiths."

And with that, he took off towards the mountain peak.

SOMETIMES A KING HAS TO REMIND FOOLS WHY HE IS KING

"I know you miss them, Kurotsuchi...". Upon hearing Mithrandir's words, Izanagi's facial expression transformed itself into a frown. His right eyebrows raised while looking at Mithrandir in sheer disgust. "You patronizing and sentimental prick". It was clear to Izanagi that Mithrandir misunderstood a few things about the current situation. Izanagi's desire to gather his 'pets' wasn't about missing them. He understood that something else was at play. Enough for him to understand the implications if he didn't gather all the tail beasts. This was merely a case of preventing what could may yet happen. Izanagi's clairvoyance didn't extend to the future, however the past was an entirely different story. Even now, he had limitations and as such his abilities can only go so far. Izanagi has a Juubi in waiting and a Chakra fruit to go along with it. The other tailed beasts were more or less a fail safe for Izanagi. In the event that he couldn't immediately retrieve the Juubi. He would simply go on the hunt for the others and utilize them. The concerning thing for Izanagi being that humans were now capable of hosting these beasts. And based on the report he received, it stands to reason that some humans could become a danger to the world at large. He cared not about sentiments, Izanagi is simply on a mission. Mithrandir's words about the darkness and the phantom zone was one of the driving factors behind Izanagi's actions. The Vanirian King already knew something was afoot. He wanted to take some time to delve into things a little more. However, he realized that if he were to go in unprepared, then it could all end in total disaster. In truth Izanagi didn't need Mithrandir's help finding and gathering the Bijuu. However, having him around means he could get it done quicker.

It wasn't long before Mithrandir was interrupted and likewise Izanagi too. An explosion took place which garnered their attention. Izanagi had a smirk on his face, he was perhaps pleased? He could already sensed that it was Shukaku, his old tailed companion. However, there was something off about the creature. Its energy was corrupted and its anguish could be felt by Izanagi. As if on queue and in unison, both Mithrandir and Izanagi found themselves inside the mind of Shukaku. It was another plane of existence and even the scenery had changed. The beast had been shackled and was now being used as a tool. But for what reason and by who? Izanagi pondered about the ones capable to doing such things. However, the energy pulsating through the chains which held the beast gave some clues. This has grown into a truly troublesome situation. At the same time, an opportunity had presented itself for both Mithrandir and Izanagi. Shukaku's appearance on the scene was accompanied by creatures that shouldn't be left to traverse the land of the living. They could easily cause a disruption to the balance. These wraiths from the phantom zone confirmed their suspicions. It was a working theory but now they had more evidence. Someone managed to creature a tear or a doorway. And one now wonders just how many have slipped through. Furthermore, the wraiths carried a very similar energy to the one which subjugated Shukaku. The wraiths had varying levels of power. The hierarchy among them meant that they shouldn't be ignored.

This time, only a mere ten of these creatures turned up. Their form were humanoid in nature and shrouded in darkness. They stood seven feet tall, muscular frames. Yellow and black eyes, hands with sharp claws and black ethereal wings. There they stood before releasing a horrifying screech which could be heard all throughout the village. Mithrandir wasted no time springing into action. His target being the wraiths, meanwhile Izanagi was to deal with Shukaku. Truth be told, he had no intention of interfering just yet. This was a perfect time to observe and gather intelligence. Izanagi wanted to see just how adept at dealing with tailed beasts the humans were. They sprung into action relatively swiftly. Izanagi found it suspicious, almost as if they'd already receive intel regarding the attack. It was either that or the attacks were more and more frequent. And as such the village was always in a constant state of high alert. While Mithrandir went to engage with the wraiths, Izanagi held his ground. His presence was still being suppressed. Izanagi's way of doing things was not to alert the enemy of his presence. He wanted to come in quietly and gather intelligence. Knowledge is power and the more one has, the better equipped they are. Mithrandir was more brutish in his ways, shoot first and ask questions later. Izanagi wanted to see if the humans could fend for themselves before trying to be their saviour.

The wraiths all looked poised to carry out their attack. Three of which descended towards the village below. They were deceptively quick, something which could prove an issue in the long run. They wasted no time attacking the citizens of the village. Their terror could be felt, the anticipation of death was overwhelming for those targeted.
