    The Otsutsuki Fine Arts Academy is a large three story tall structure made up of wood and concrete. The Academy has different facilities which aids in the development of future Shinobi. There is a large statue of the Otsutuki clan leader in the courtyard of the academy grounds. Training on the academy grounds grants you a word count reduction of 40%.
