Make the speed 400. And as an FYI, these techs will cost x2 whatever you put up there. So if I see 120 that means it costs you 240. Might want to adjust so that it is reasonable; but just as an FYI - this will cost you around 150+ chakra.

Activation cost should be north of 100; upkeep should be no less than 40-50. If you make a dust tech whose flat power rate (before boost) is 700; it is not D rank - it is S.


I will be coming out with a guide soon enough to help members price out techniques of this scale. And all of these techniques per the rules are considered Restricted.

I know Dust Release is tricky because it seems all the techs must autmomatically be S rank etc. and the chakra cost is extreme. However the element is arguably the strongest on the site; and so we have given it a major boost and hence the chakra cost. However, please do note that your techniques are way off the scale number wise anyways. A tip for how to do it would be to recall that dust is always x2 the chakra cost minimum; so whatever you put up there it should be x2. None of these techniques should cost only 60 chakra.

All of the stuff on the left is the total stats after the changes from dust release. All the stuff on the right in brackets are the dust release things. So the left number already includes the power and chakra increases. Should I change that?

OHHH

Yes please change that just because I read things a different way - and so will most others lol.

Put how much power the tech has naturally, and then the dust release effect in parenthesis. It just makes it easier to keep track of. I kept adding both numbers.

With this,, the revived body gains, permanently, increased stats, meaning that instead of exibiting only 40% of his or her stats in life, the corpse can use 80% of those stats. The chakra stat, however, is more complicated, and with this technique the base chakra availible is only increased to 60% of the previous total. Changed all of the first ones to what you said.

First one of the wind jutsu doesn't let me stand on air, only form a small platform to kick off of.

Changed second one to S. But yeah it can't be kept going like you said.

No fire then. Sad But thank you.

If I can't get the perks why not just do a regular transplant then? What's the point of Chimera?

They have their original soul, which is what Edo does. But Edo says that the stat limitations can be bypassed through special medical jutsu. How else would I make them stronger?

1. Mmk; but you should not be kicking off constantly to stay afloat.

2. Uh, you are not getting skill points by absorbing Uchiha DNA lul. No perks like that. The point of chimera is to easily add op KKG.

3. Edo people cannot simply be made stronger by you adding flesh and bone to them. Making them stronger would have to be done through other means that may need to be discussed first by staff. But not a simple technique adding stats to edo's.

K. You cannot splice the DNA and become a member of the clan. The reason I say this is because there is dichotomy. AS a human being with a human body, if you change your DNA - you single out what you can do. Implants are when the DNA is being essentially "fused", though imperfectly, with someone else's DNA. Perfect fusion of DNA is hardly possible for the human body. Remembering that DNA is the information your cells are given on how they are to be structured. Changing that informaiton literally changes WHAT you are. The only way around this is if you have a unique KKG or something insanely op like the Chimera technique. Chimera allows you to come the closest to perfect fusion that one can normally get. Otherwise, you need a op KKG (like mine) which gives you a different body constitution. Your best bet is to simply use Chimera - because when you try and fuse it into you, I will have to ask that something be given up or else its not possible for you. Chimera gives you the best of both worlds. If you want this to go further and take on other minor traits, be specific as to which kind.

... I know you have Chimera. Sew of Life is denied for the reasons stated in the paragraph I posted. You cannot stich your DNA code together with others. That is outside of the range of even a master medic; it takes a special body to do that. I just made a similar tech; but its my KKG - and I don't have Chimera nor can I get it. The closest you can come to a free implant is Chimera - which you already have.

You said I would need "something insanely op like the Chimera technique" which is why I pointed out that I had it.

But more to the point, Chimera literally splices genes together. A Chimera has whatever traits that the user selects of whatever animals or creatures are used to form it. Its DNA would be a recombination of the DNA of whatever the parent organisms are. By the same token, a person who becomes a Chimera will no longer be of the same genetic makeup of what he once was; he will have genes of whatever he absorbs, which is why he would exhibit traits that he takes of whatever he consumes.

I do not know what this means:

I think I misunderstood your technique. It should be good. I just wanted to verify that you are not getting things like their special abilities singled out to only that person. Clarify that part please. I have a similar medical technique on a similar premise so I know what you are talking about - I think. I just want to make sure there are sensible limits.

Description: Similar in nature to most other seals which drain and seal away chakra, this seal also robs its hapless victims of one of their more precious resources. The seal possesses two different forms, a small, "dormant" form which can be placed on small tags, objects, or other surfaces in preparation, and a massive "active" form which, once activated by running chakra through the seal, will spread out rapidly to its full reaches and begin. The huge array of the seal ensnares all those within its borders, having no apparent vertical limits either up or down, and by its very nature it does not discriminate between friend or foe, user or victim.

Spawned from the mind of an undoubtedly mad man who claims his "author," while stupid, at least gets the job done and writes nicely, this seal functions on a kind of trigger. It does not drain a set amount of chakra over any given time, but instead interacts with what Ko has come to refer to as The Code of the world and the ways in which the alleged puppet masters who pull the strings of him and all other being within it shape the universe he inhabits.
