Description: This is a two part technique requiring the use of a Chakra Flow Grenade and some mastery in Fūinjutsu. By first creating the Kanji for "Change" the user will inscribe into the seal certain instructions which will alter the way in which the explosive properties of the grenade are released. The Grenade has a basic explosive function by default, though that is not always useful when it comes to matters of strategy and adaptation, especially on a battlefield that constantly changes.


  • Area of Effect: These instructions increasing the range of the explosion by double whilst reducing the power by half, thus an explosion with 200 Power and 50 Radius would now be at 100 Power and 100 Radius. Requires 30 Chakra.
  • Shockwave: These instructions convert force into powerful penetrative shockwaves that affect hardened surfaces the most, especially the natural ground. Excellent against opponents who like to burrow, for reverberating against armor, or for specific purposes where their use would be the most conventional solution—like sending them through a body of water or breaking the ground apart. 1 Post with the inability to hold items.
  • Vibrational: Converts force into skeleton-rattling vibrations. Effective at completely disorienting an opponent with each strike. Imagine if you were shaken violently and tried to walk straight. With this cycle active, multiply that sensation. While not completely debilitating on its own, it does have the potential to be.  1 Post of disrupted Brain Lateralization, down is up, up is down, left is right, right is left. Medic Adept and Above are immune.
  • Percussive: Converts the explosion into a loud noise. Due to the nature of this cycle, it should be performed in conjunction with techniques that cover a much wider ground than the others, perhaps sealed inside of a weapon and thrown. This is because, being sound, it could easily damage the user just as much as the target. It can temporarily weaken the hearing and possibly screw with equilibrium. 1 Post of being Deaf.
  • Condensed: These instructions makes the explosion draw back half of its radius at the benefit of inflicting double the damage to a specific point, thus an explosion with 200 Power and 50 Radius would now be at 400 Power and 25 Radius. Requires 30 Chakra.

Only works up to A Rank when B Ranked Chakra is applied, S Ranks techniques power will be weakened by half the Power of the Seal. When A Rank chakra is applied then the ability works on S Rank techniques. When S Rank Chakra is applied half the Power of the Seal will be subtracted from a Limited Technique.

If the Sealer injects the seal with Fūton chakra then techniques of only that chakra nature can be released by the seal to be used by the wearer of the seal. The versatility of this seal comes in the ability to place multiple chakra natures into its composition, when this is done the user can choose which elemental chakra to allow through the seal. The seal lasts 4 Posts and can be broken with 80 Chakra. Up to 2 elements can be sealed off with one seal.

How are you writing these instructions? Are you doing it before hand and selecting predetermined Chakra grenades? Or are you doing it right then and there, and if you are, are you using your own chakra for it? Or are you altering the chakra already inside it? What level Fuin is needed for this, and what Fuin jutsu is being used? For the Elemental seal one, you'll need to cut back on it a little, and you'll need to state that Advanced techs, like Boin or Lava release cannot be stopped by it. For those, you can reduce the power for them, but nothing more. You'll need hand seals as well, as this is a sealing tech. And you'll need to state how long it will be in effect for, or if it can be broken by enough chakra from the enemy. Even though it's an S ranked, it can't last for all eternity. Say, 3-4 posts would be good, since this tech is sealing off the chakra at an elemental level. Bump up the cost to around 80 or 90, and work on how much chakra can break it from there.

The instructions are written into the seal then used to form the Kanji since it does not spread a sealing formula, so yes, then and there using my own chakra which is partially the cost of the jutsu. The chakra altered is that which is released from the grenade.

Okay. All these things that you're attempting to do with a D-rank technique cannot be approved it its current form. As it stands, one grenade will not give off all these different effects. This is Fuuinjutsu. And while it is capable of doing some other things, it is primary sealing and unsealing. The varying effects that this one seal has is too much. You can probably get away with one effect, and even then the seal should be C-rank minimum.

1. Is the seal a permanent thing here? Are we flowing Jutsus through the seal or just Chakra? Is it only Wind Release Chakra that can be channeled through it? Will the user have to top up the seal every time sort of thing? Is there a limit to the Chakra natures that can be placed within the seal?

4. You quoted a previous version so most of your questions have been answered if you'll look at the updated version. Any chakra nature can be channeled through the seal unless that is the one that was specified to be blocked. Added only 2 elements can be sealed off per seal.

2nd Jutsu: I can work with that. Good to go. Just need to purchase this one as a S-rank Jutsu when you do your updates.

3. Advanced Chakra Natures is entering Limited Jutsu territory which cost more Ryo wise. So please decide on the basic 5 elements or all different elements as a limited.

2nd and 3rd Jutsus approved.

First Jutsu is still an issue here. This is Fuinjutsu and Bukijutsu working together through the use of an item. If this were a Nin and Fuuin combo then I might have allowed it. As such, please choose one effect. If you want multiple ones, then please create multiple Jutsus for it. So please chose an effect, then we can go from there.

And sorry for taking so long with this. I totally forgot about this.

Description: A Bukijutsu technique composed of the Iaidō Style of Kenjutsu and the Samurai Sabre Technique, where in the user creates trails of dense chakra after their sword strikes in order to generate a powerful chakra based defense. Description: Adhering to the principals of Iaidō, the user seemingly unsheathes their sword then sheathes their sword in the same instant. In reality, in between the sheathing and unsheathing process the user will have struck at the opponent four times. Once vertically from top to bottom, then from left to right horizontally, afterward diagonally from bottom right to top left, and finally from top left horizontally to the right then diagonally to bottom left. This technique utilizes multiple strikes because it is intended for the first strike to cause some sort of reaction from the opponent, thus it does not waste power nor speed in the event of glancing off anything until the move set is complete. Ok. So.. B rank would be 1.5x size. Not 3x. A rank is 2.5x the size, and S ranked would be 3.5x the size.

This doesn't make the best of sense. Explain this better to me so I can understand it more.

Yin Seal: Release Method

I have to object to this, It's the generic unsealing jutsu, I'd be doing nothing but unlocking the seal which is what the Generic D Rank does. This technique is just specific for the seal because the Yin Seal did not have anything on it regarding how to unseal the chakra one would have stored. If the Generic Unsealing technique is what can be used to unseal the Chakra in the Yin Seal then I'll simply drop this technique!

Samurai Sabre Cloak

My character has +500 chakra so fully capable of the tech. In regards to the bijuu portion, I'd liken this to Susanoo without the boosts that it provides as seen on this site. Can we agree that at S Rank is 150?

I'd like to say, using my character's actual size at the S Rank he'd be only 17 ft which is smaller than the Akimichi multi-size tech. If this is meant to be such a chakra consumer can the sizes remain the same?




Lucky Seven Seal

1st: So my swords are imbued with Wind Release chakra, the start spinning in a circle creating a vortex (I don't want to use Tornado because tornados suck in things and this does not do that, it pushes the air outward from it. Since it does that the closer one would get to the vortex the stronger the winds, in this case stronger and sharper.

2nd:
Unless this is combo'd with gen, they aren't gonna start seeing the entity. If this was also a summoning tech (Like Temari's wind sickles.) Or if the tech started out like that.

Think of the Reaper Death Seal, it causes the people affected by it to see the Shinigami. This technique does the exact same, different entity that all.

3rd:
Up to seven tails./... Not sure about this. Maybe 5 tails and lower for now until everything is ironed out. Then we might raise it up to 6 tails. But 7 and above are probably gonna be limited sealing techs later on. We're not sure yet though. So better safe than sorry.

If this is to be limited, then I can accept using one of my Custom Limiteds slots to accept this technique. The reason for this capping at the 7th Tails is because it is specifically tailored for it.

4th: The 10 LF is just a result of the extraction. Stronger Seals usually kills victims when extracting them, this one is weaker and although they may not die it still effects them greatly.

1st post 10 LF > 2nd post 20 + 10 + 10 = 40 LF > 3rd post 40 + 10 = 50 LF to end it.

Just as a note also for Motsudo. The 2nd and 3rd Techniques will be Limited.

1st Jutsu is pointless really. And in reality, it should at least be a A-rank Jutsu.

Upon those inflicted by the Seal, an entity will appear before them with a magical bag of winds wrapped around his shoulders. The entity resembles a terrifying wizard-demon whose humanoid figure contains green skin and red hair, although its upper body is slightly gelatinous and its lower body is cover by a leopard skin loin cloth. This entity, the God of Winds: Fūjin will release from his bag of winds a corporal blade of chakra green in color, this completing the seventh blade used in the sealing process. This blade will travel to and into the target, this reduces the target's life force by 10 for the duration of the technique.

After two posts of not being interrupted, the extraction process will begin, Bijuu (7 Tails and Lower) and foreign chakra can be extracted from a target. Fūjin will open up both ends of his magical bag of winds, this will simultaneously engulf the vessel being used to house the chakra and begin the removal of the Seventh Blade from within the target by doing the same. Upon being removed the blade will appear to have separated into seven individual blades that pierce the target entity and begin to spin hypnotically round and round as they travel up and into the Magical Bag of Winds of Fūjin. At this point an extra 20 life force will be deducted from the target, those putting up a fight may counter halt the extraction for one more post with a chakra reduction of 100, they will not experience the life force reduction from this step but the previous one will continue. This point in the process usually marks a point of unconsciousness by targets with normal Life Force, those with enhanced Life Forces will remain conscious.

After three posts of not being interrupted, the sealing process will begin. The vessel to be used to house the foreign chakra or entity will be rise into the air spinning in opposite direction of the chakra, the two will meet upon the entity passing through the bag of winds. This causes a life force depletion of 43 to be inflicted upon the vessel if it is a sentient being, if it is an object then the vessel will need an Endurance higher than the Power of this technique, otherwise it will explode and thus be released into the world. If the process is successful after the third post the vessel will be branded with the Kanji for "Lucky Seven" placed upon their body some place, this is the sealing formula for the seal.

Description: This is a two part technique requiring the use of a Chakra Flow Grenade and some mastery in Fūinjutsu. By first creating the Kanji for "Change" the user will inscribe into the seal certain instructions which will alter the way in which the explosive properties of the grenade are released. The Grenade has a basic explosive function by default, though that is not always useful when it comes to matters of strategy and adaptation, especially on a battlefield that constantly changes.


  • Area of Effect: These instructions increasing the range of the explosion by double whilst reducing the power by half, thus an explosion with 200 Power and 50 Radius would now be at 100 Power and 100 Radius. Requires 30 Chakra.
  • Shockwave: These instructions convert force into powerful penetrative shockwaves that affect hardened surfaces the most, especially the natural ground.   • Percussive: Converts the explosion into a loud noise. Due to the nature of this cycle, it should be performed in conjunction with techniques that cover a much wider ground than the others, perhaps sealed inside of a weapon and thrown. This is because, being sound, it could easily damage the user just as much as the target. It can temporarily weaken the hearing and possibly screw with equilibrium. 1 Post of being Deaf. Must be within 15 M for this effect to work with 300 Endurance and less.
  • Condensed: These instructions makes the explosion draw back half of its radius at the benefit of inflicting double the damage to a specific point, thus an explosion with 200 Power and 50 Radius would now be at 400 Power and 25 Radius. Requires 30 Chakra.

Description: A Fūinjutsu who is characterized by the kanji for "Restrict" which will make up the seal. Being a barrier type Fūinjutsu the seal is distributed between six points placed throughout the area, only disabling each of them simultaneously will the barrier break.  At the time of conception of the seal a portion of foreign chakra will be used and instructions to block this chakra from exiting will be written into the seal. All things coated, consisting, or containing the type of chakra will be trapped within the barrier and attempts at exiting will be futile.

Description: Capitalizing off of the Insect Control technique, the user will demonstrate their mastery of the insects in the Aburame collection and simultaneously produce all five unique insects from within their body. This serves for no purpose but to disrupt ocular abilities from viewing and attacking the user's skeletal, muscular, and chakra pathway systems. Instead, they'll be met with the presence of the user's insects.  To properly know the location of the parts of these systems and attack them some form of Iryo-Ninjutsu knowledge will need to be known though at the risk of being inflicted by the insects.

Description: A unique Barrier Fūinjutsu wherein the user channels Fūton | Wind Release chakra into the sealing formula characterized by the kanji for "Sever", upon activation the seal will emit the chakra placed into it in the form of a equilateral square with it at the center point. Anything that is not coated in or consisting of Fūton | Wind Release chakra will experience hundreds of millions of microscopic blade like cuts to the inflicted area that passes through the barrier.
Whether it be organic or inorganic matter, or chakra consisting jutsu, if the endurance is not equivalent to or greater then the power of this technique then it will not survive.

Description: A variant of the Insect Control technique wherein the user produces the nano-sized insects, Rinkaichū. These bugs destroy their enemies' cells, causing excruciating pain in the process. Unlike the standard kikaichū, which are able to act independently of the user, the nano-sized insects can seemingly only be transferred onto a victim's body by direct physical contact; though only a mere touch from the user's skin is required as the bugs can circumvent most forms of clothing.

Those inflicted by the Rinkaichū will succumb to a single limb's cells being destroyed after 1 post if their endurance is lower than the power stat by 600 {Power Stat - Endurance >.<), a single hand if lower than the power stat by 400, and a single finger if lower than the power stat by 200. The cell destruction progressively spreads after the initial post and those inflicted will experience death after 3 posts from a single limb being destroyed.

The rinkaichū are akin to viruses, spreading rapidly and multiplying as they thrive on living cells. They require living flesh to survive on, and will die shortly if their hosts do, or if they leave a body for a period of time (2 Posts).

To create the antibodies to counteract the damage caused by the Rinkaichū the user will have to pay the chakra cost of this technique and administer them through physical touch. Shinobi who have chakra equivalent to the user can create Kikaichū with the Insect Control technique that will create the antibodies.
