Name: Infinite Uses: Cross Tail Wire Method

Handseals: As this fighting style is a more advanced method of chakra strings hand seals are not required to manipulate the Ninja Wire within its given lengths, unless the user is performing Elemental type techniques or Ninjutsu techniques. As per the rules, Fūinjutsu does not require hand seals, although the rank of the technique determines the length of time required to make a seal.
Description: The Infinite Uses: Cross Tail Wire Method is a unique fighting style conceived by Setōshi Soma Sōichirō through extensive study in the arts of Bukijutsu and Kugujutsu. Utilizing the concept behind Chakra threads, it serves as the foundation for this fighting style to which he applies the method to Ninja Wire, thus allowing for manipulation of the wire's shape and direction of travel within its given lengths. Like with chakra threads, the user of this fighting style is limited to the amount of wire they can manipulate based upon their skill in Kugujutsu, thus the amount of Puppets they are able to control is equivalent to the amount of wire that they are able manipulate. Unlike chakra threads, Ninja Wire poses a significantly higher threat to an opposing force due to the sheer cutting force that the wire possess. Additionally, because Ninja Wire cannot be manifested from the finger tips like Chakra Threads the user must have a device or other method of "syncing" them to these appendages in order to manipulate the wire. In the event that this is not an option on the battle field the user may expend 5 chakra points per finger per post to have their chakra be the bridge between finger tips and Ninja Wire.

So long as the Ninja Wire is in contact with the user it is subject to being used as a conduit for Elemental Bukijutsu, Ninjutsu, and Fūinjutsu techniques by allowing elemental properties and sealing formulas to travel down the lengths of the wire and onto a target, thus causing the effect. Additionally, the Ninja Wire can be used as a conduit for Chakra Flow and as such certain elemental properties will have a different effect on the wire, the effects of Chakra Flow are also applied when the Ninja Wire is used for techniques. (Upkeep Rules do apply)

After initial notice the opponent can continue to utilize techniques with halved stats or they can pay twice the amount of chakra needed to perform the technique in order for it to have its full stats. The effects of this technique come into play after the opponents Chakra Discounts, thus an opponent with level 5 Ninjutsu utilizing a C Rank jutsu would have to expend the full 30 Chakra Points rather than 15 Chakra Points from their skill in order to use the full potential of the technique.

Projectiles or anything that touch the sides of the funnel where the wires are will be knocked off course and rebounded from side to side of the funnel until they reach the center. At the center stands a kanji for the word "Vacuum" which utilizes the users Fūton | Wind Release element in order to act as a vacuum to suck in the target before sealing it, what's being sealed is dependent on the users skill level in Fūinjutsu. The dimensions of the funnel are dependent on the amount of wire the user has on hand.

Upon the clone making physical contact with a target it will erupt in a plume of smoke per usual, but left upon the target will be a seal array consistent with whatever Fūinjutsu technique represented by the Kanji on the users palm.

Regardless of the phenomenon acting on a user, they will forcibly be transported to a dimension within the realm of their mind wherein they are strapped helplessly to an operating table surrounded by three masked surgeons. Each a different physical representation of the user based upon events in their history which upon seeing them unmasked will begin to cause the user intense mental stress, in reality the user will subconsciously grip his head in a maniacal manner because of intense migraines brought about by the trauma. One by one the surgeons will perform a pseudo-live operation on the user by first starting with the mind, then affecting the body, and lastly seemingly extracting the soul. Each experience from a different surgeon causes a different degree of mental stress and pain which should suffice in breaking the hold on the user by the opponent. In the event that lesser forms of pain are required, the user can forcibly break from this realm by coming to terms with the fact that their life is their own to live and shouldn't be defined by their past or another's forced perception.

1. I'm guessing the stat boost is to the wire?

2. It can be a conduit to nin and fuuin - but you still need hand seals.

1. Yes, stat boost is to the wire and not the user. At the time I created it templates were being messed.

2. I edited in that Elemental tehcniques, whether it be Bukijutsu or Ninjutsu, require hand seals. Fūinjutsu techniques follow the Fūinjutsu rules.

I want this as a limited technique. I am not sure if you have read but when you make a custom, Admin have the right to deem it limited. When this is done, the technique automatically costs you 8k ryo to purchase; and I designate a chakra cost.

For this technique I want it to be +15 chakra to whatever the normal chakra cost is per rank of tech.

Edit this in and put [LIMITED] next to the title please.

You can make custom limiteds bro... Every custom limited you have is under that one slot. only CANON limiteds take up one slot per technique.

Now that I think of it, I will not MAKE you have this as a limited however.

I need to know the size of the seal, and this is not blocking all dojutsu and sensory methods. Make it reasonable. And its rank should also be higher.
Lastly, fuuin rules are still being figured out, so these will be somewhat up in the air until we finalize them.

Description: A Fūinjutsu that is established through physical contact, this seal acts as a semipermeable membrane  for chakra being used in techniques by an opponent. When first attempting to use a technique after the seal has been placed the opponent will discover the potential in the seal, the techniques stats will be halved. After initial notice the opponent can continue to utilize techniques with halved stats or they can pay twice the amount of chakra needed to perform the technique in order for it to have its full stats. The effects of this technique come into play after the opponents Chakra Discounts, thus an opponent with level 5 Ninjutsu utilizing a C Rank jutsu would have to expend the full 30 Chakra Points rather than 15 Chakra Points from their skill in order to use the full potential of the technique.

Description: Ninja wire, or another form of "-Wire", is manipulated to create a funnel that is in constant motion, meaning anything that enters it will receive lacerations of various degrees. Projectiles or anything that touch the sides of the funnel where the wires are will be knocked off course and rebounded from side to side of the funnel until they reach the center. At the center stands a kanji for the word "Vacuum" which utilizes the users Fūton | Wind Release element in order to act as a vacuum to suck in the target before sealing it, what's being sealed is dependent on the users skill level in Fūinjutsu. The dimensions of the funnel are dependent on the amount of wire the user has on hand.

Description: A Fūinjutsu that is established through physical contact, this seal spreads around the target and gradually weakens its durability/endurance. Essentially, this makes solid rock easier to crush, iron easier to crack and steel easier to punch through. The effects are halved after the first post but continue to inflict upon a target unless the seal is removed. Does not effect Legendary items.

Description:  A Fūinjutsu that incorporates Bunshinjutsu, this technique utilizes a clone as a medium for transferring one other Fūinjutsu technique. By first creating the Kanji for the seal wished to be transferred on the palm of the users hand, the user will then create the clone handseal from which a single clone will appear, because it is an exact replica of the user differentiating between it and the user is difficult. The clone itself cannot perform Nin/Gen/Iryo techniques. Upon the clone making physical contact with a target it will erupt in a plume of smoke per usual, but left upon the target will be a seal array consistent with whatever Fūinjutsu technique represented by the Kanji on the users palm.

Description: A self-inflicted Fūinjutsu whose seal is worn at all times by the user, its activation is dependent on a foreign chakra source entering and/or acting on the wearers very own chakra system. Regardless of the phenomenon acting on a user, they will forcibly be transported to a dimension within the realm of their mind wherein they are strapped helplessly to an operating table surrounded by three masked surgeons. Each a different physical representation of the user based upon events in their history which upon seeing them unmasked will begin to cause the user intense mental stress, in reality the user will subconsciously grip his head in a maniacal manner because of intense migraines brought about by the trauma. One by one the surgeons will perform a pseudo-live operation on the user by first starting with the mind, then affecting the body, and lastly seemingly extracting the soul. Each experience from a different surgeon causes a different degree of mental stress and pain which should suffice in breaking the hold on the user by the opponent. In the event that lesser forms of pain are required, the user can forcibly break from this realm by coming to terms with the fact that their life is their own to live and shouldn't be defined by their past or another's forced perception.

Let us finalize fuuin rules first please. I will be trying to do that this weekend.
