The user then is able at will to instantaneously transport themselves to that place, or to transport other objects/people that they are touching; the chakra cost depends on the distance and the object. User of this technique can also link their own unique seal with another user's. And by doing so enables them to jump/transport or even send individuals to the location of their markings, or otherwise connected to their chakra without physically going with them.

Description: With this jutsu, the user does not have to make physical contact with whatever it is he wishes to teleport as he normally would have to with his ordinary Flying Thunder God seals. He can will the actual seal pattern to move as if it has a mind of its own just like the Flying Thunder God Seal Manipulation. When the seals touches what it is he wants to teleport that is situated within the range of this jutsu, the teleportation aspect of the jutsu activates with the swiftness and ferocity of the original Flying Thunder God and works just the same as it would if the user were to touch the item/person or thing. The number of seals he can create 1 seal per the meter range of this jutsu. Description: Sending in arsenals of weapons hoping that one gets to the destination, users are often caught or blocked by opponent, using chakra to redirect or scatter the weapons all around. After countless time of having his weapons redirected the user would come up with a brilliant technique that would make redirecting the weapons a huge mistake. By having three or more seals scattered across the battlefield [within the 1000 m range, the user can have these seals connect creating a barrier that is 1000 m wide and 100m in height. A basic description of the barrier would be, a ball of thousands of Flying Thunder God seals. The massive barrier will act as a massive seal, which means anything in the barrier is marked, including the air itself. Using this technique Ugatta can teleport anywhere in the barrier at instantaneous speeds as if it were nothing. He is also able to use all derived techniques of the Flying Thunder God technique as well, allowing him to make afterimages of himself all over the battlefield or even teleport his opponents without them even knowing. He considers this the pinnacle of Flying Thunder usage because all flying Thunder God techniques are "enhanced and used to the fullest of their abilities" in this barrier.

The Nine-Tails Chakra Mode and its related forms coat the user's body in yellow chakra, which emanates from them reminiscent of flickering flames. Two horns appear on their head, six magatama markings around their neck, some sort of prominent circular/swirl design over their stomach, and various other lines extending along their body. Like all jinchūriki transformations, the user's physical abilities are enhanced while the mode is active, with greater enhancements coming from using more of the Nine-Tails' chakra.

Description: This is an ability a jinchūriki is able to perform when in a tailed form. The jinchūriki will use the raw chakra of the their Tailed Beast to form arms, which they can freely manipulate to attack their foes, able to strike an opponent faster than even a Sharingan user can react to. The chakra arms' hands are clawed while the rest of the arm seems to lack any kind of joint, thus allowing them to have flexible movements that will generally be impossible for normal arms. The user can create any number of arms that they desire and they can also serve other purposes such as grappling hooks, to either grab onto objects or enemies from great distances, for offensive means, as merely touching one of these can cause fatal burns, due to the Nine-Tails' seething hatred within its chakra (though this is not always the case). The user can sprout chakra arms from anywhere on their body. They can be used to perform jutsus as seen with Naruto. Obito is able to use this after becoming the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki. He does so by exerting the Ten-Tails' chakra from the ten, spiky protrusions coming from his back. These arms, known as Hands of Flame (炎の手, Honō no Te), are strong enough to rip apart the Hokage's Four Red Yang Formation apart with ease despite it being able to shield everyone from the Ten-Tails' gigantic Tailed Beast Ball. He later creates such arms using Truth-Seeking Balls, large enough to grab a fully developed Susanoo and Naruto in his full Tailed Beast Mode.

Description: Tailed Beast Balls are made from an 8:2 ratio of positive black chakra and negative white chakra. Users must gather and balance this chakra in their mouths, shape it into a sphere and then fire it at their target. The user can fire the Tailed Beast Balls as-is, or may consume the ball and fire it from their mouth as a beam, focusing the attack on a narrower area instead of letting it detonate all around upon impact. It can even be done as something in between; not consuming the Tailed Beast Ball yet still firing it out in a wave. There is no limit to how much chakra can be put into a Tailed Beast Ball so long as the 8:2 ratio is maintained: Kurama has shown to be able to create a Tailed Beast Ball many times bigger than itself when using a significant amount of chakra. Tailed Beasts can also combine their Tailed Beast Balls to form it into a very large one and their damage combined.
Tailed Beast Balls are incredibly dense, where the user can possibly start to sink into the ground due to the increased weight. Despite how heavy they are, they move at an incredible rate once fired. Tailed Beast Balls are very destructive, creating explosions that are visible from far away and that vaporize almost everything in the blast area. [Anything under the power of the tail beast ball is vaporized.] The extent of the damage is dependent upon how the ball is fired and how much chakra it has, but its "standard" size is enough to destroy mountains.
The user when using his Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, can form a Tailed Beast Ball with his hands, similar to how he makes the Rasengan. He can also add natural energy to his Tailed Beast Balls, making them more powerful which adds +10,000 power to it.

Description: Susanoo is the final ability of the Mangekyou sharingan and considered to be the rarest seen among the Uchiha. Because of its enormous tax on the body, it is said to be one that very few awaken.
Level One: At its simplest level, users only manifest aspects of Susanoo's skeletal structure, such as a ribcage for basic defence or an arm for interacting with the surroundings.Once a full skeleton is made, musculature and, later, skin forms until finally a complete humanoid is shaped. In these early stages, typically only the upper half of Susanoo is materialised, with legs becoming common once it reaches its full humanoid form; however, not all Susanoo users can accomplish the latter feat.

Level Two: In its next stage, armor forms around the humanoid for further protection, causing it to resemble an entity of the users choice. They now have

Description: The ultimate space-time technique and one born of the legendary powers of the Mangekyou Sharingan, this technique centers around the manipulation of another dimension personal to each individual user to achieve a variety of distinct appearing but ultimately highly related feats. This dimensions is a personal space of the user's and subject to his whims, disconnected from the 'main' dimension save through the use of Kamui. He can freely control its shape and general features and expand or contract it almost indefinitely. It is also, obviously, utterly separate from the common dimension. In ancient history, it has been superficially compared to the likes of the Flying Thunder God Technique, though it far exceeds such a technique.
With Kamui, the user forms a spiraling, vortex like barrier through he use of his eyes, the shape and dimensions of which he controls, that connects the Kamui dimension to the common one. By absorbing himself into his dimension, the user can leave the common dimension and freely teleport to anywhere he is aware of. In doing so, the user's presence and chakra becomes entirely untraceable and anything he is touching will be brought along with him. Entities other than the user may also be stored within Kamui and ejected from the eye at any time at 7,000 speed at a moments notice and with no warning, allowing the user to gently withdraw objects or people or launch them in a surprise attack.
Finally, due to the copying abilities natural to the Sharingan, the user, upon seeing other space-time abilities, may copy them, and in the case that they manipulate dimensions in a manner similar to Kamui, he may choose to use his Kamui to enter or open a portal to that memorised location. Once synchronised, the user may again access said dimension at any time. Takes one full post to synchronise with another dimension.
Left Eye:
The left Sharingan uses a long-range version of Kamui, generating a barrier in the user's line of sight with warps targets within to the Kamui dimension. The size, shape, and location of this is determined by the user and can be adjusted at will, even expanding it after activation. The target is first surrounded by the barrier field before, upon the user's decision, the space collapses, drawing anything within it into the Kamui dimension. As the user may alter the size and shape freely, a wide variety of effects may ensue, most basically absorbing only a part of something, resulting in the remaining whole being utterly severed from the stolen piece. This barrier collapses at 10,000. It forms at 8,000 speed and has a power of 15,000.
Capturing items/people/etc with this costs 4,000 chakra and costs twice as much for larger objects such as bijuu and buildings. Base size can range between 35 meter radius and 1/2 meter radius.
Right Eye:
The right eye of the user focuses on a shorter range manifestation of the Kamui barrier and dimension, dealing with abilities which require some form of contact with the user. By channeling Kamui about his own body, the user may absorb object he touches into his dimension. The suction of this is 10,000 though of course contact with the user is required for this to take effect. This costs 4,000 chakra. Bijuu and massive objects cost double.
Alternatively, the user may use a unique form of teleportation by focusing the barrier upon himself. By doing so, he attains an odd form of intangibility in which any portion of his body which would overlap anything within the common dimension is instantly whisked away to the Kamui dimension, thus causing attacks of any nature to pass harmlessly through the user. This may extend to anything the user is directly touching should he so choose. In this state, the user's chakra seems to vanish entirely and he can bypass any barrier ninjutsu by essentially "going around them" through his Kamui dimension. He can still be heard or seen, assuming he is not entirely overlapping something which would otherwise obscure him, but he cannot physically interact with the common dimension while this intangibility is active. From this state, the user may not eject objects from his dimension nor can absorb them into it without first becoming tangible. This costs 8,000 chakra to activate and has a 4,000 chakra upkeep.
Both Eyes:
When in possession of both eyes of a Kamui pair, the speed of at which the barriers form is increased by 2,000. This applies only to Kamui and not any variants of it, unless otherwise specified. Additionally, the user may create portals within his line of sight which connect to another dimension. With a single portal, he may open up a kind of gateway either into his Kamui dimension or another one he has synchronized with, allowing people to simply walk through it. Multiple can be created.
Creating portals costs 5,000 chakra. Opening portals to different dimensions costs 4,000 chakra per dimension and requires an upkeep of 4,000 chakra and 25 life force per portal. The power of these barriers is 15,000. The user cannot increase the power of the right eye close range ability by having both eyes. These are not offensive.
Releasing objects stored in the dimension by any means costs 3,000 chakra. Releasing bijuu or other massive objects costs double.
*Note: the actual eye in question is irrelevant. Either eye may be chosen as the "left" and "right" powers, but they cannot be changed once selected.

Description: The technique requires two special conditions: One being that the user must have drawn an insignia of Jashin on the ground in his own blood, to which he must remain in the center for the technique to function properly. The other being him to acquire and ingest the blood of his intended victim. Once ingested, his skin then turns black with white markings which makes him look like a skeleton, a symbol of absolute death. This serves as the link between him and his victim.
Once his sacrificial ritual takes place, the victim is linked with the user until he either steps or is forced out of the circle. Any kind of injury that the user inflicts upon himself (or the injury they inflicted on him) is reciprocated on his target, be it a mere scratch to a pierce in the heart. If the user is forced to step out of the circle, the link is temporarily broken and the victim is set free, but only as long as the user has stepped out of the circle's reach. Basically, this technique makes the user a living voodoo doll.
This technique is a one way curse. Only the one using this tech can inflict damage onto the other. This means that if someone was to try and cut of their head to stop said jashinist at the cost of their life, it would not cut off the jashinist's head.

Description: Upon becoming a Voltori, a Jashinist gains an extra jutsu. This jutsu is the Vampiric Bite. It is a sealing jutsu that is on the fangs that all Voltori have, which allow them to steal Chakra or Life force from an enemy once they bite them. Contact must be maintained in order for the jutsu to continue to work, and will continue to work until the enemy is out of life force, chakra or contact has been broken. While contact is made, the Voltori has the option of either taking the enemies Chakra, or their life force. They cannot do both at the same time. If one chooses Life force, then the user will take 4000 LF per post while contact is made. If one chooses Chakra, they take 4000 Chakra per post. The amount absorbed is kept for that thread only.

Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in its fully extended form beforehand.
The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning", ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summoned ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics. A large number of ninja tools can be stored within the sealing marks, which can make the efficiency of this technique last longer.

- Dust Release Jutsu:
- Dust Release - Dust release is what happens when the user is born with the ability to manipulate particles by combining earth, fire, and wind into a third element called "Dust". The techniques of this nature initially form as a small three-dimensional object (e.g. a cube, a cone, etc.) composed of chakra that forms between the user's hands. When the technique is released, the form expands and surrounds the target. This nature allows the user to manipulate molecules, giving them the ability to disintegrate anything on a molecular level within the boundaries of the three-dimensional form.

Description: The user uses Dust Release to create a structure, with a sphere located at its center, between the palms of his hands. This takes one turn to form if the cube, which can be anywhere from 10 meters to 300 meters in size all around. The structure expands rapidly in size when being propelled towards its intended target and traps them inside its confines. The sphere then seems to explode with a tremendous amount of force, while the exterior walls of the structure effectively restrict the size of the blast radius, resulting in the destruction of everything and anyone caught within as they are pulverized into minute particles of dust. The technique isn't limited to just affecting physical matter; it can also affect chakra-based defenses such as susanoo.
This technique can revert something to dust that has up to +10,000 more endurance than its power. After that, it cannot destabilize it.

However, the conical version was implied to be enough to potentially destroy an entire island. Description: After cupping both hands, the user creates a barrier with a large spiraling sphere of chakra inside. It appearance is that of five rasengans spinning inside of the blue translucent sphere. The sphere will then split into five smaller versions. After which the user can launch the attack. Description: The technique requires two special conditions: One being that the user must have drawn an insignia of Jashin on the ground in his own blood, to which he must remain in the center for the technique to function properly. The other being him to acquire and ingest the blood of his intended victim. Once ingested, his skin then turns black with white markings which makes him look like a skeleton, a symbol of absolute death. This serves as the link between him and his victim.
Once his sacrificial ritual takes place, the victim is linked with the user until he either steps or is forced out of the circle. Any kind of injury that the user inflicts upon himself (or the injury they inflicted on him) is reciprocated on his target, be it a mere scratch to a pierce in the heart. Description: With this technique, the user is able to combine bodies, KKG, and characteristics into a single body. The user may absorb characteristics onto his own body or the body of another entity. To absorb a KKG into one's own body, the user places their hand on a target and immediately a metallic ooze spills out atop a seal that appears where their hand touches. The ooze spreads quickly over a target and begins to spread completely over the person's body. The ooze is of 150 endurance, has 200 strength and spreads at 300 speed. The user may use this to restrain a target or defend against someone, as it freely can ooze out of their body.
After one post of touching the target, they are able to absorb that user and their KKG into their body, thus exhibiting their KKG without the use, danger and drawbacks of an implant; but only of the techniques themselves.
In order to create genetically modified creatures, the user must use the ooze to absorb creatures separately, and then pull them together to create a new entity. When this is done, the user has effectively created a new entity with stats like anything else and that is under their complete control. They are summoned like summons, and are under the same rules of summons in terms of stats per rank, skill points etc. For a creature to be created, a custom technique must be made detailing the nature of the creature, and its respective KKG/abilities. The user pays for the creature per its rank as they would for a summon. So an S rank creature technique is purchasing an S rank summon and undergoes the same rules.
-The user cannot absorb traits like higher life force through this technique alone.
-The user is limited to the absorption of four KKG at one time.
-The user is able to absorb dojutsu ONLY if they absorb a person. This does not count as an implant.

- Inhaling Maw - The user uses this technique through his Chimera Technique in order to forcibly extract the physical and spiritual energy of another ninja, even from a considerable distance. He can either absorb the chakra into the upper square of the mark on his left hand or his mouth. By using the latter, the technique's range is bigger as his mouth becomes like a giant chakra-suctioning vacuum that can absorb ninjutsu/chakra within 100 meters. He is able to completely remove the victim's chakra, potentially causing death. The speed of suction is 30,000 when used to absorb ninjutsu with this long range method.
After using this ability, the user is able to detect their natural elemental affinity, and then freely manipulate the victim's chakra element and perform ninjutsu of that element (techniques must be made). This allows him to deconstruct and learn the abilities of his opponents, and he can presumably utilise all forms of nature transformation as a result.
Judgment - User converts the chakra absorbed from the Dark Release: Inhaling Maw technique into light blue flames, turning it back on his enemies with amplified strength to blow them away. This costs an extra 1500 chakra and this technique's power is equal the amount of chakra absorbed. The user can add to the power of this technique by adding to its power by double the chaka spent. So if I spend 20 chakra, it adds 40 power to the technique.
-User's cannot absorb techniques with greater power than 1.5x their chakra.
-You may only absorb things through your hand; and can absorb "energy" through your mouth as well.
-User's cannot absorb tai techniques.
-User's cannot absorb purely physical attacks from tai or buki.
-User's cannot absorb incorporeal genjutsu (gen with no physical form).
-User gains the chakra from the technique once it enters into their hand.
