Mission Name: Commerce
Rank: S
Type: PC | International
Client: Compound
Exp/Ryo Reward: 1600 ryo | 500 exp (PC only; Foreign powers; Granted to both parties)
Mission Description: For any nation, trade is an important tool, both for economic gain and for solidifying relations between countries. The Clan's head economic advisor has seen fit to broaden these trade ties with key countries. You are to travel to another land and meet with a clan leader or other economic representative to discuss trade agreements. As this is only an introductory meeting about the benefits of mutual trade, nothing need actually be traded, though it's highly encouraged that you solidify at least some small deal, though no more than this can be traded at this time.
Location: Foreign Nation
Additional Information: This will obviously fail if negotiations go poorly; Gain an additional 200 ryo and exp for both parties if they agree to trade a resource to one another (max of 1); Can be done multiple times, but only once for each clan; can trade with either a Main or Banner clan, but Banner clans may be barred at the discretion of their Main Clan's Leader
Eligible Members: Any

Mission Name: Trade Agreements
Rank: S
Type: PC | International
Client: Compound
Exp/Ryo Reward: 1600 ryo | 500 exp (PC only; Foreign powers; Granted to both parties)
Mission Description: From budding, small-scale trade blooms the fuits of full fledged commercial activity. Again, it become important to outline the specifics of the trade, what your nation expects and what theirs needs, and to solidify this in writing. This should be much easier, however, as previous ventures in buisness have proven successful and the nations now find themselves on good terms, at least economically. Create a general trade agreement with this other nation, solidifying national profits and general good will between the powers.
Location: Foreign Nation
Additional Information: Must have already completed "Commerce" with the nation in question
Eligible Members: Any

Mission Name: Papers, Please
Rank: B | S
Type: NPC | PC
Client: Compound
Exp/Ryo Reward: 1200 ryo | 1600 ryo + 300 exp
Mission Description: With newly flourishing trade, merchants from foreign countries must have their proper documentation when arriving to deliver goods. This checking of documentation and verifying of goods protects both your home and the other nation from attempts on the trade routes or the nations themselves. Ensure that the merchant has the proper papers and inspect some of the cargo to verify it. However, treat them with the utmost courtesy as they are valued trade partners. In the case of the PC version, assure that they have the proper documentation (are already trade allies) before allowing them in. Should they be from another nation, you must alert the proper authorities of this intrusion.
Location: Heaven’s Blossom
Additional Information: The NPC version and PC version each count as their own, separate mission
Eligible Members: Any

I expect No Npc's in this other than the rides to and from. All transactions are PC only. Follow All travel rules while doing this mission. Add in one more thing. If negotiations go south, there is a chance of Combat. Also. All S ranked is 1600 ryo. No more unless you give options. For this, I can accept 200 ryo per good trade. But, you cannot claim the mission rewards if the mission goes south.

Again. 1600 ryo reward.
Mission Name: Asset Protection
Rank: S
Type: NPC
Client: Compound
Exp/Ryo Reward: 1500 ryo | 200 exp
Mission Description: Having set up trade routes to various other nations, the Country now needs to protect its investment. Go forth and prevent bandits from attacking or otherwise damaging the goods on your vessels. In this instance, protection can and should be offered both to domestic craft and to foreing craft with which the clan has trade agreements. Protect not only your boarders, but your cargo and the cargo of your allies.

1600 ryo. If it's full NPC, only 100 exp reward. Also, add that these Npc's that you're fighting are Mod/admin/webmaster controlled Npc's. This is an S ranked and it should be thus.
Mission Name: Papers, Please
Rank: B | S
Type: NPC | PC

Bringing a Game into a forum now.. Ok. Sure. only 300 exp. Also, they do not count as seperate missions. And honestly, this would be a B-A ranked mission, not an S ranked. Please change accordingly.

Fixed prices on all, though these are now woefully inefficient.

1. Yes, NPCs cannot be used except for travel and fluff. Of course travel rules must be followed. Obviously when dealing with another PC there is a risk of just craziness going on (hence why I originally had a slightly higher ryo payout). And it already specifies it fails if the negotiations don't go through.

3. Removed.

4. Changed exp. I had them as separate missions because the B ranked version was for only NPCS (just checking papers by yourself) and the S ranked is for PCs (and provides a slightly unique way of interacting with travelers, but also has risks as you could, of course, be attacked).
