Description: A technique developed by Kagura and made possible due to his extremely advanced Chakra Control. With this Kagura can alter the frequency of his chakra in a manner which will in a sense make it “Noxious” to other Chakras and chakra networks. In practical terms, this means that in this state, Kagura's chakra will act almost as a poison. This transferring of the user's chakra can be done either via contact of this special chakra itself or actual physical contact within the range of this jutsu. The chakra can reach out only 1 meter beyond the user's own finger tips. This causes direct damage throughout the opponent's chakra networks, and through this, it causes damage to the internal organs directly intertwined to said network over a period of time. As the chakra pathway system is being eroded, this will feel as if their blood vessels or affected part is being boiled since the chakra net work is for chakra what arteries are to blood.

How the Damage is Done The erosion and damage to the internal organs will appear very much similar to the effects of a poison, and the damage and oscillation of the chakra network making the molding of Chakra extremely difficult if not impossible until they recover. The potency of this jutsu depends on these criteria:
- The opponent's Endurance and Kagura's chakra upon the time of impact. In other words the higher the opponent's Endurance the longer they will take to feel the full brunt of this attack.
- If the opponent has 100+ more than Kagura's base chakra it will take a full three turns before this effect is felt.
- If it is a +50 above Kagura's chakra stat two turns will pass.
- If the opponent's endurance is equivalent to or +25 more than Kagura's base chakra after one turn they will feel the effects.
- If its below Kagura's chakra the effect will be felt immediately. This damage factor is if the opponent is struck only once.
- Chakra is dependant on the user's own movements or the opponent actually trying to absorb this chakra to take effect.

How It Works with more than one Strike: - Two strikes or more (or 1 post of continuous contact) will intensify the damage to the point of requiring immediate medical attention due to the rapid deterioration of the opponent's chakra network, lest it prove fatal. Also, the victim will be unable to mold Chakra for any kind of jutsu until sufficiently treated by medical ninjutsu that specifically treats chakra pathways and internal damage and recovered.

4 strikes (or three posts of continuous contact) will prove fatal within one post.

If this Chakra is absorbed/stolen: This chakra with its poison like effect will affect any in the same way as if they were struck by Kagura's chakra, even if any attempt by an opponent to absorb his Chakra into themselves was made.

Effects Felt By the Body: The actual effects when felt, if the opponent is struck is likened to the feeling of a large chunk of actual blood vessels being severed at the same time as the user strikes the chakra circulatory network. Those with Byakugan will see the portions of threads of the network where the opponent is struck as hanging loosely inside the opponent. As said before, chakra to the circulatory network is like what blood is to the blood vessels. At first, the opponent will feel as if their chakra is boiling. Since the chakra circulatory network is linked to the opponent's organs, whichever the poisonous chakra affects, excruciating pain will be felt.

Drawbacks
- The downside to this jutsu is that the user must figure a way to come into contact with an opponent successfully for this jutsu to work.
- Also, it would not work if the opponent has some sort of chakra infused armor on their body.
- Stopping the jutsu would depend on the evasiveness of the opponent and keeping out of range of the jutsu.
- Medical ninjutsu that can specifically heal chakra pathways can be used to reverse the effects of this jutsu if used in time.  

Combination: This jutsu can be used in conjunction with any jutsu derived from the gentle fist.

↑→ Gentle Fist made toxic. Increase the rank to A-rank at least. You also get 500 stats to split between the Jutsus's power and speed at A-rank. I feel this Jutsu needs its own form. And by that I mean, is it suppose to be a contact based Jutsu? As in you land hits via hand to hand combat etc? Based on your answer the range will need adjusting. Also, I would suggest placing a sort of post count requirement for organ damages. The higher one's endurance, the more time it should take type deal. Equally, what does damage to the Chakra network looks like? Are we talking about preventing one from using Chakra for Jutsus? Messing with Tenketsu? Need details please. Any way to stop this? Since it seems like a sure kill thing right now. I would say it should depend on how many hits someone takes in order to mitigate the damage.


The Disrupting Release


↑→Is this sent out as a visible pulse? Also, the effects should last for 1 post and not seconds, since we can't properly judge that. The range also needs editing and it doesn't match the 25 area of effect. And again you get 400 stats to split between speed and power. Please see the Chakra and Jutsu rules.

Heavenly Protection

↑→Again, fix the range issue lol. As this is more close range than anything. Interesting though. How do you stop a physical attack with 700 power behind it? This is where it needs limits. Otherwise, while I like the concept of the Jutsu. It can be easily abused.

Great Barrier Sphere

↑→This is sensory and so you need to purchase said skill. Besides, with your Byakugan this is a little redundant to me anyways lol.

Description: The user has the ability to manifest special red glowing malleable chakra, which, when on standby, floats in a chakram-like or a halo like formation behind their back to be used in battle. The user is able to manipulate it to form various makeshift tools and weapons. The tools created are powerful enough to even create craters when struck against the ground. Not only can the user manifest a multiple of tools and weapons at once, but they can also manipulate the tools telekinetically.

When dispelling the technique or otherwise, the user is able to disintegrate the tools like shattered glass and reshape them. When shattered from a more powerful weapon, the user must pay the activation cost again to reshape the chakram on their backs thus begining the jutsu again therefore reshaping their weapon/s.

Only chakra infused weapons of +100 power more than this jutsu can shatter these weapons due to the high potency of this malleable chakra. The weapons or tools however, when created, cannot increase in size, neither can they shrink beyond the size of where the user cannot hold them. Random inanimate objects cannot be made out of this special chakra, only weapons such as kunai, swords, hatchets, axes, spears, staffs and such as these, and tools such as chains and kama only can be made.

As the single targeted organ fails, if it is the heart that is targeted, the opponent will feel excruciating pain in the chest area

Okay. The Chakra effect on the body should depend on where gets hit. For instance you can't expect to hit an arm via the whip, and then expect to damage organs. It needs to relate and all that.

This should depend on the targets Endurance vs the power of the Jutsu.

Just by reading through this Jutsu. Its too broad to be considered one technique on its own. And so its best to break it down as a fighting style that does XYZ. Since right now, there is too much happening. It needs to be condensed.

Description: The "Disrupting release" is a Chakra control technique unique to Kagura which releases Chakra all around the user via an invisible pulse, seen only by the Byakugan to better detect movement and as part of how their Byakugan vision works. In this case that release of Chakra is intensified at the initial release, causing a disrupting pulse of Chakra instantly affecting an area some 20 meters in all directions. This sudden release of Chakra momentarily disrupts all Chakra sources within the area. All within will find themselves struck by a sudden intense weakening, loss of balance, loss of strength inability to focus, and barely able to remain on their feet. Basically, they will be disabled as their Chakra network finds itself in flux and disarray trying to resettle. Of course the effects only last momentarily, usually up to 1 post, and another two post as the victims chakra network tries to re-calibrate itself. During this time of course the victim can no more use Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, Their Chakra is just too much in. Beyond this, they would recover completely and be ready to go, but of course 1 turn is more than enough for the user to take advantage of their opponents sudden misfortunes.

So, I would say other Dojutsus that perceives Chakra should be able to see the pulse. Sensory skills may also allow someone to take note of the pulse, though not necessarily capable of seeing it. The power of the Jutsu doesn't warrant just about anyone falling victim to it so easily. The pulse also needs better description. Is it like a sphere bursting forth, thus covering a wide area above and outwardly?

Description: By releasing chakra at the exact point of physical impact, the user is able to nullify physical damage to the area. This technique utilizes the clan's ability to release chakra form any part of their body. However, even more then that, it requires complete precision to the target area as a means of conserving chakra, for releasing chakra through the body in order to defend a localized area would be far too high of a chakra cost for the user to efficiently perform this technique. This technique not only requires the release of chakra, but it also requires the user to understand how much chakra is being used by the opponent in the attack they are countering, since an equal or greater amount of chakra must be released by the user in order to negate the physical damage of an attack by precise chakra repulsion. This technique can be used to not only counter physical attacks, but also negate the Gentle fist of an opponent own style of Gentle fist. As another ability this jutsu gives the user is that it allows Kagura to manipulate his own chakra to get out of Genjutsu. S rank jutsu take an entire turn to get out of using this ability.

With this also. Keep in mind that some physical attacks may well exceed that stat levels of this Jutsus's power/endurance levels. As such it needs limits as to the type of attacks it can block. I wouldn't expect you to walk around from a punch dealt by Chakra Enhanced Strength. Also, negating Genjutsu like that is a no no, and will need to be a bit more refined. It should depend on your own Genjutsu points etc.

Description: A concept Kagura came up with while using the capabilities of the attack prevention jutsu in battle. Usually attack prevention allows the user to phase into inanimate objects, surfaces and materials. However with with the learning of this jutsu, it allows the user to phase into even chakra enhanced materials, even an enemy jutsu can be used as a medium for travel in battle by the user. These Materials can be phased into by the user once it is in a solid state. This is done by bringing out a balance as it were by using the same amount of chakra that was used to create the jutsu by the user. After the balance is established, the user is able to overpower the opponent's jutsu and phase through it and travel through it freely as long as the sufficient amount of chakra is kept up. Making this an ideal escaping jutsu and an ideal jutsu to be used in spying missions.This jutsu just like the original attack prevention jutsu the jutsu is used as a supplementary and defensive jutsu more so. This jutsu will not work with either gas or liquid based substances.

Appearances- what does the jutsu look like: While Kagura is using this jutsu, a shrowd will appear over his entire body. It is black and purple in color and appears to be a very slow moving flame around Kagura. It moves when he moves and does not hinder his movements in any form.

~Okay, so this Attack Prevention Plus wouldn't be counted as a D - S. It will simply be a S-rank Jutsu and Jutsu cost must be higher and the upkeep as well. To constantly phase through people's Jutsu will not be made so easy.

Also, how is Noxious a "clan technique"? I understand the Ōtsutsuki's bodies have become weaponized all the way from their eyes to their bones but this sound more so like a Medical Jutsu, which would take a complex knowledge of one's chakra network and a way to damage it, there of. This is much more complex than the acupuncture of the gentle fist.. I think this should also be made a S-ranked Jutsu as you are effect another person's chakra system in a big way. It would take more chakra and upkeep for such a thing to happen.

that would not be a problem to both for the ranking increases etc.

for the second one, i put it as a clan jutsu since it is highly dependent on gentle fist to be administered to the opponent and cant be used in any other way. it isnt really a medical jutsu but i feel you because it is "like" a poisonous chakra and will change it to Ijutsu.

with that being said, since it is blatantly going to be a medic jutsu, then i will state it is a bonafied poisonous chakra.

Description: A technique developed by Kagura and made possible due to his extremely advanced Chakra Control. With this Kagura can alter the frequency of his chakra in a manner which will in a sense make it “Noxious” to other Chakras and chakra networks. In practical terms, this means that in this state, Kagura's chakra will act as a deadly poison. This transferring of the user's chakra can be done either via contact of this special chakra itself or actual physical contact within the range of this jutsu or, if an opponent attempts to steal Kagura's chakra. The chakra can reach out only 1 meter beyond the user's own finger tips. This causes direct damage throughout the opponent's chakra networks, and through this, it causes damage to the internal organs directly intertwined to said network over a period of time. As the chakra pathway system is being eroded, this will feel as if their blood vessels or affected part is being boiled since the chakra net work is for chakra what arteries are to blood.

Appearances- what does the jutsu look like: While Kagura is using this jutsu, a shrowd will appear over his entire body. It is black and purple in color and appears to be a very slow moving flame around Kagura. It moves when he moves and does not hinder his movements in any form.

How the Damage is Done The erosion and damage to the internal organs will appear very much similar to the effects of a poison, and the damage and oscillation of the chakra network making the molding of Chakra extremely difficult if not impossible until they recover. The potency of this jutsu depends on these criteria:
- The opponent's Endurance and Kagura's chakra upon the time of impact. In other words the higher the opponent's Endurance the longer they will take to feel the full brunt of this attack.
- If the opponent has 100+ more than Kagura's base chakra it will take a full three turns before this effect is felt.
- If it is a +50 above Kagura's chakra stat two turns will pass.
- If the opponent's endurance is equivalent to or +25 more than Kagura's base chakra after one turn they will feel the effects.
- If its below Kagura's chakra the effect will be felt immediately. This damage factor is if the opponent is struck only once.
- Chakra is dependant on the user's own movements or the opponent actually trying to absorb this chakra to take effect.

How It Works with more than one Strike: - Two strikes or more (or 1 post of continuous contact) will intensify the damage to the point of requiring immediate medical attention due to the rapid deterioration of the opponent's chakra network, lest it prove fatal. Also, the victim will be unable to mold Chakra for any kind of jutsu until sufficiently treated by medical ninjutsu that specifically treats chakra pathways and internal damage and recovered.

4 strikes (or three posts of continuous contact) will prove fatal within one post.

If this Chakra is absorbed/stolen: This chakra with its poison effect will affect any in the same way as if they were struck by Kagura's chakra, even if any attempt by an opponent to absorb his Chakra into themselves was made.

Effects Felt By the Body: The actual effects when felt, if the opponent is struck is likened to the feeling of a large chunk of actual blood vessels being severed at the same time as the user strikes the chakra circulatory network. Those with Byakugan will see the portions of threads of the network where the opponent is struck as hanging loosely inside the opponent. As said before, chakra to the circulatory network is like what blood is to the blood vessels. At first, the opponent will feel as if their chakra is boiling. Since the chakra circulatory network is linked to the opponent's organs, whichever the poisonous chakra affects, excruciating pain will be felt.

Drawbacks
- The downside to this jutsu is that the user must figure a way to come into contact with an opponent successfully for this jutsu to work.
- Also, it would not work if the opponent has some sort of chakra infused armor on their body.
- Stopping the jutsu would depend on the evasiveness of the opponent and keeping out of range of the jutsu.
- Medical ninjutsu that can specifically heal chakra pathways can be used to reverse the effects of this jutsu if used in time.  

Combination: This jutsu can be used in conjunction with any jutsu derived from the gentle fist and any bone pulse jutsu the user may have in their arsenal.

Description: The purpose of this technique is to cool down the temperature of an overheated body. All these effects cool down the body and make it return to normal temperatures. The offensive use of this technique would be of the similar origins, through contact the pulse emits a wave which cools the body where contacted. This effected area is no more than 40 cm in size and the affected area reacts much like any part of the body when cooled. Initial or brief contact merely cools the area, numbing it slightly to pain and reducing its speed of movement by 10%(in the case of limbs). If contact is maintained for more than one post, the limb or affected area will be further numbed and become slightly more brittle, making bones easier to break. The effects last for 2 posts after contact is broken. If contact is remained for more than one post, patient loses 50 endurance per post from then on.

Description: Unlike the many of the jutsu of this clan, the user will channel chakra through the earth to create lava beneath it's surface over a period of time (2 Posts). After two posts of doing this, the surface of the earth will become noticeably hotter as the lava beneath is pushed toward the surface by the built up pressure. The user will then release this build up pressure by creating small craters that are one meter in diameter in the ground with either explosion tags or simply stabbing holes into it with some other technique. By creating holes to release this pent up lava it will cause the lava element to spray upward in a geyser at every point a hole was created. The more holes the smaller the geyser will be, however by creating only a few holes to release this built up lava the explosion of lava will be much larger. With the combination of the explosion and lava this jutsu can lead to severe injuries and, sometimes, even death. The longer the jutsu is held before it is released, the geysers will raise in height fifty meters and will have an increase girth of an additional meter. This lava can be bent and directed to flow onto a large amount of enemies according to the range of the jutsu. But due to its speed, this jutsu is more used to change the battle field and to destroy landscapes.

The user is able to emerge from the snake's mouth unharmed with new clothes and a new body as if the user shed the body of the snake as his own skin.
Combination: This can also be used together with a marked snake that was marked previously with the Flying Thunder God Jutsu marked by the user or another Flying thunder God user.
