Visual Description: A lovely, simple quiver which holds a surprisingly large amount of arrows. While slender and unobtrusive, it is surprisingly durable. It appears less of a quiver and more of a cloth wrapping surrounding the very tips of the fetching of the arrows. The cloth is the blood red color of the hunter's moon and sports a golden chain around the center of it, making the whole thing appear far more decorative than practical or battle minded. Still, it serves its purpose well, never getting in the way and providing the archer in question with an almost improbable amount of ammunition.

  • Blood of Kin: [Medium] A remarkable ability of the quiver, this causes it to 'mark' those arrows which are placed within it, effectively allowing it to retrieve them. The quiver is said to dream of its kin, lost to the stars, and this dream revives them upon the user's command, granting more arrows to be used. [5 chakra per arrow, or 100 chakra for all arrows shot. Mass recall can only be used with 40+ arrows on the field or at the end of a thread. Arrows cannot be retrieved until one full post after being fired]
  • Blood of Hunters: [Medium] Crafted in a way so as to resemble a warped variant of a sealing scroll, the inside of the quiver is covered with what appear to be living eyeballs and, visually, has no bottom. The quiver acts as a kind of open container into a small pocket dimension, allowing the holder to deposit and withdraw arrows freely. Because of the increased inner space relative to its shape and dimensions, the amount of arrows it can store appears improbable to any observer.

    The eyeballs are, in reality, elaborate sealing mechanism which store chakra [300 max], which is then used to power the opening and sustaining of the small pocket dimension. Should this chakra source be exhausted, the user then has the option of sustaining the connection through his own resources or allowing the portal to close. [Arrows stored in the quiver do not count as "weapons." Requires master level Time/Space skill to properly select arrows. Can hold up to 200 arrows in the pocket dimension, plus 50 in the regular quiver. Costs 50 chakra to open and 15 chakra per post to sustain. 300 chakra max stored, can only be used for abilities the quiver possesses. Must be refilled after draining.]

Due to such intense power, when the blade strikes a surface, or is struck by another, it sears and melts that object, reducing its power and endurance by 1/5th. As such, it is said that no other weapon can stand against this, as their edges simply melt into dullness and the primordial flame eventually burns its enemies out of creation. Additionally, this grants the blade one hundred additional power. While in this state, chakra flow works as normal, save for water-based chakra flow, which becomes impossible. Weapons coated with water chakra are much more effective at stopping the blade, reducing the melting effect by half, while weapons coated in wind chakra amplify it, doubling the melting effect. Ok. Need a Definite arrow number on how much the quiver can hold. No infinite numbers. At max, you'll probably be hold around 30. Any more and it'll weigh you down with how big the quiver will have to be, as well as the full weight of the arrows. Also, how are you retrieving the arrows? Is it linked to your quiver in a jutsu? Or what?

Ok. so.. No power of the sun, nor exceeding it. FAR too much into that. If anything you'd have the power of a Forge. That's about it. But the sun? Even if you were the one wielding it, you'd die from the extreme heat, and the fact that it would set Everything on fire near and under you. So that needs to go.

1. This is a minor ability. Chakra consumption increased to 5.

2. Reworded for clarity and added in a limit. Altered slightly in construction to better explain the first ability. It basically 'resummons' the arrows back into the dimension of the quiver.

3. Removed, though I request to know what exactly the issue(s) was with which part(s) of it so as to avoid them in the future and possibly salvage part of the concept.

4. Purely flavor text. The sword, because of how hot it becomes, just generates hot air. People will be able to feel it and can, at their discretion, find it uncomfortable. The ambient heat is simply a byproduct of it being really hot. It is "said" to exceed the heat of the sun, though that doesn't mean it actually does.

2:Ok. So, are you marking them beforehand? Cause your quiver Cannot mark them itself. Please state as such. Also, state that it is 5 chakra per arrow. I'm bringing it down so that it won't drain you if you mass bring back arrow's. Also, you cannot retrieve arrows in the same post. State that you have to wait a single post before being able to recall them.

I'm all fine with it normally, but there's no chakra cost. That's a problem. A space/time tech like this cannot be self sustaining. It's gotta have an upkeep. Now, what you Can do, is say that while not in use, it Closes, taking all arrows with it to another place in space. But once you open it, you are using Chakra to open and to keep it open. Understand? There are Rarely any jutsu's that are self sustaining, and I know No spacetime ones that can, or even Work like that unless it worked like a black hole, which wouldn't work here. The arrow limit is fine with the jutsu, so that's not a problem. But what about this Eye? Where does this eye come into play, or is it just there for show?
4: Alright. Guff is always good as long as it's explained properly. Make sure that this ability Does have a chakra cost and upkeep though. After that's put in (Cause a sword doesn't just randomly put out heat for no reason. Equivalent exchange and all that.) then we'll work from there.

1. Sweet! Thanks~

2. I was having the quiver mark them, but if you mean I would need to pay for that, I can surely edit that in. (So like each arrow placed in the quiver IC takes 5 chakra to mark or something?) Will certainly edit in that arrows cannot be retrieved instantly; good point there, never thought of that. If we do a cost for making, perhaps we keep the flat cost to retrieve arrows en-mass? Otherwise it will become quite draining quite quickly.

3. I was going to have it that it is always opened, so if someone were to take it they could really fuck it up, but I could have an opening cost. How about if I do something like 6-10 chakra to 'open' it, granting access to the arrow, but then another cost of the same price to 'close' it again to prevent things from falling out and such?

And they eyes are simply fluff as well. Just eye candy (pun intended).

4. It currently has a cost equal to the cost of major weapon abilities. So it won't heat up until it's activated.

Ok. So for number 2. What I mean by the cost is the cost for retrieval. 5 chakra per arrow to retrieve it back after its been fired and landed. You won't have to worry about the chakra for marking them, but I WOULD suggest making a post (Around a D rank WC, so 300) of marking each of the 250 arrows so that no one can complain that it wasn't done. This'll help in the long run as well.
For issue 3. This one's probably gonna be the most problematic of them all. It'll need an opening cost and a sustaining cost. We'll say this Space/time ninjutsu is around.. B rank. So the cost is probably gonna be around 30-40 chakra to open. And half the cost of opening for the upkeep. So around 15-20 chakra for keeping it open. You'll need to pay Each time you open it as well. But. If we lower the number of arrow's down by say, 100 or so, we can drop it to a C rank jutsu. So that's only 20-30 chakra and 10-15 for the upkeep. How does that sound?

2. I'll of course do a post marking the arrows. But considering some things weapons can do, 5 chakra per arrow is honestly going to rack up super quickly, particularly if I'm firing more than like 4 per post and want to recollect them.

3. I can see why this would be somewhat of an issue, but as it is I'm only allowing myself to store arrows and nothing else in it, with restrictions on how to use it and such. I am, honestly, trying to avoid a large upkeep like the one that would be for actually activating a jutsu. If it can't be avoided, the quiver will have no meaningful purpose as it will simply suck up all my chakra for more than a jutsu would. If it cannot, in any way, work, I can understand that, but I'll ultimately have to scrap it.

Ok. How about this. For the issue with 2, you can retrieve them one by one, or do a Mass retrieve. You'll only be able to do a mass retrieve when there's around 40 arrows already shot. But it'll cost you Half the chakra to do it, ok? so, 40*5 is what, 200 chakra? So instead, it's only be 100 chakra. Sound fair enough? But if we go with that, I'd like to put a limit on how many arrow's you can shoot per post. Say, 10-15 arrows to make it more acceptable.
For issue 3... Hmm. It's honestly a tough one to regulate. That's the problem. Opening up a spacetime portal is never cheap, and doing it over and over can be costly.. AH! Solution possibly! That eye is no longer eyecandy! It'll work as a Timer. Before a battle (In a different post) You'll pour chakra into it. Up to a max of 300 chakra. It will use this chakra to open/close and sustain the portal until it runs out. Then it's either you sustaining it instead, or moving to different weapons. 300 chakra won't run out in only like 3 posts. So you'll get some worth out of it as well. The only thing you'll need to add in is a Summon for that eye as well. It'll be a self sustaining summon of course. But it won't eat into the chakra you give it, and will only be summoned before the battle begins though the use of blood on the quiver. How's that sound?

Alright, fixed the first one I think, added 5 chakra per arrow recreated or 100 chakra for mass recall, with the stipulation that there must be 40 or more arrow in play or that it be the end of the thread (since the thread is over then anyway).

For the other ability, I like the idea. Have reworded it to have the chakra storing ability, but made it into a kind of chakra storing seal type mechanism which only works for abilities related to the quiver. I hope this looks better now, yeah? ^^

A small length of twin, commonly wound around a finger, which binds the resurrected soul to the will of the summoner. The actual wrapping is symbolic, for once bound by this, the soul of the once departed is wrapped in a twining of chakra which revitalizes them to their former, living state and forces them into compliance to the commands of the summoner. Uniquely, this cord acts as both versions of the traditional tag. When fully intact, the target in question retains his or her personality and such, though of course must still obey his or her master. Should the strand break or be removed, the inner coil shall tighten, increasing the level of control offered to the master at the expense of the summon's personality. At any time, the user can command the cord to break, resulting in the increased control and, should he feel the necessity, he can replace the cord, reverting the summon to their previous condition.

Ability: Minor: As previous stated, this string symbolically binds the recipient to the will of the master who has revived this person through the use of the Edo Tensei technique and restores them to their original capabilities. When broken, either naturally or by the user's command, the revived person shall revert the second version of controlling talisman, which sees their personality erased and increased the fine control the user has over his subject.

Description: A rather bizarre, hitherto unheard of incarnation of puppetry genius, Shapeless Yellow is a fully fluid, nonrigid puppet in make and design, comprised entirely of a massive collection of interwoven strips of metallic-cloth weave. Because of this, the puppet has no set form and can, instead, wrap around objects or the puppeteer's body, fitting snugly to the form of whatever it encases. From here, it can act as a sort of armor or, if fitted onto an enemy, can become a kind of restraint device, though it is only large enough to cover about one limb of an average person. Generally worn on an arm like a gauntlet, it remains dormant and hidden, not requiring any sort of chakra input, but also not enabling any sort of reshaping lest the user begins to manipulate it. Most commonly, when the puppet splits from the wielder, it retains the shape of the arm, making the user appear as though he has suddenly grown a new appendage.

Due to the unique construction of the puppet, primarily its remarkable thinness, it cannot realistically house any true weaponry. The individual ribbons of material, because of their makeup, can cause shallow lacerations, though more often than not the puppet simply is worn as an elaborate armor.

Description:  Imposing and characteristically beautiful, the Golden General exhibits all the same marks of inhumanly expert craftsmanship as do the rest of the puppets owned by the demon eyed puppeteer. Spanning just over two meters in height and one and three-fourths meters in width, the puppet's large size belies its impressive speed. The main body consists of a large, bulbous, pale blue thorax, above which the insect's abdomen is covered with white fur, six small, black arms peaking out from the fluffy exterior. The head, a dark charcoal, contains two huge, compound eyes of a crystalline blue and, on each side, two large, dark brown feather-like protrusions which frame the face, appearing somewhat like an elegant crown.

Most notably, the puppet possess six massive wings which somewhat resemble huge, brightly colored autumnal leaves of a reddish orange hue, run through with shots of gold which appear like veins. The huge wings make up most of the puppet's lateral size and grant it flight, its most common mode of transportation. At the rear, between the wings, is nestled a small standing platform where the master may stand, leaning into the main body of the puppet as he flies with its creation, though its arms are fully capable of lifting him others as well.

Visual Description: The primary onboard weapon of the puppet, this system occupies the majority of its innards. This system, comprised of a terribly elaborate sealing formula, generates, once activated, what appears to be a vast swarm of up to one thousand four to six inch butterflies comprised entirely of fire. Truly made of pure chakra which remains under the full control of the main puppet body, these small wisps can quickly swarm the battlefield, seeking out primarily other weapons and puppets. Once they alight upon another weapon, they merge into  and immediately begin sealing it, trapping its powers and preventing chakra from flowing into it, effectively disabling any special abilities, chakra flow, or specialized bukijutsu techniques from working in tandem with the affected implement. In the case of opposing puppets, this blocks the affected area from receiving controlling impulses from the controller and, once the majority of the body is covered, completely prevents strings from attaching to it, rendering it inert. Weapons cursed with this ability can still be swung about normally, even after their abilities are sealed, but increase in weight for each butterfly which taints the item.

The puppet does not store this chakra in anyway, though, but instead burns it up, automatically purifying it and converting it into a super heated aura which emanates from the hard exoskeleton of the creature. This sweltering aura increases in power directly proportional to the chakra which it absorbs and reduces the power of incoming attacks by an amount equal to the total power of the aura. As previously stated, this ability is always active and begins, without additional energy input, at base power of fifty. This ability cannot, of course, absorb chakra which has already been converted into a physical form, such as that of the earth release. The user can, through contact or chakra strings, transfer chakra to the puppet to be used for this ability.
