History: The Gale clan was began by Titus Gale, who was once a a member of a private group along with the founders of various other clans. After the breakup of their group, he went into hiding in the moutains where he quickly developed into a god of sorts due to being in an environment so condusive to his abilities. He was thought by many surrounding people groups to be in full control of the skies at any given time, and poor weather was thought to be a sign of his wrath.
Before his death, he left behind several children that would carry on his lineage and the fabled Gale Style.

This Clan Later Scattered when the Attack on Heaven's Blossom Destroyed their home, now there is a Clan Compound in each Land , as some wished to follow their leader , and others wanted new and different leaders each, and so they each took command of their own group and went to different Lands, as each Leader was an Equal Decendant of Tidus Gale.

Special Info: This Clan has Control over Storms (But not Natural Lightning or the wind in a storm) so they can call upon a Storm to show their wrath or Mercy,this control at max can span the size of a village.

Clan Special Characteristics:Clan Members Start with either Water or Lightning, Unless they are Sp.Jounin(B-rank0, they get both, and Jounin A-Rank or Higher, gets both and the Storm Release

In addition, Gale style enables the user to call upon the powers in the sky to manipulate the properties of clouds and lightning in the sky. They are able to mold their chakra and produce a connection with the lightning and water in the sky, and create techniques thus.

Special Info: Controlling the intensity of a rain and such shouldnt be a passive thing. Which it is shaping up to be. I would suggest going about such things via Jutsus. Other than that looks good. So please make the edits to clarify such things.
